From what I've seen of her and ach (I only check the channel when I need a cure for my insomnia) it all seems a bit forced anyway I remember seeing slog vlog of her and ach's mother and from what I can gather the relationship was one sided on her part ! Oh! Just remembered. In the latest vlog, he mentions that his terraced house has an addition that doesn’t comply with building regulations (and that he and Lucy’s dads both surveyed because they both work in property.. of course) but they still bought it. And that ~apparently~ their place is £100k cheaper than comparable properties in the area. Joel you idiot, even if that was true, wouldn’t that be a massive red flag that maybe you were biting off more than you can chew? You can’t just slap some paint on it and call it a cottage and suddenly make it worth over half a mill. It basically needs the entire back extended and a full layout change, not to mention probably new windows throughout. Not cheap.
He also mentioned remortgaging in a few years. Someone make it make sense.

It's one thing to take on a project and enjoy a cheaper mortgage than monthly rent.. but what kills me is the expectation of significant profit to be made off it..

Besides we both know that he'll get swept off his feet eventually by some handsome husband and the whole arrangement will change, and that's if Lucy doesn't find someone in the meantime, either.

I just imagined her meeting some even more handsome and naturally hypermasculine Joel-lookalike and riding off into the sunset, totally throwing Joel for a loop. That possibility is far more satisfying.

I saw people who live in Texas complaining about their crappy trip to Austin and how they didn't show much and they were spot on. It was a bad "what we did on our holidays" series that was a yawn fest! Joel and Lia just do the bare minimum for their videos and that's fine! They're not a couple and barely see each other these days since they started their own channels.

Lia, I really think she cannot be bothered to do YouTube. Her solo videos are basically clip shows of uninteresting bits and bobs of her week with some narration put over them and then she's going on about 'meetings' and 'work'. WHAT MEETINGS?! WHAT WORK?! THIS IS YOUR WORK HUN AND YOU CAN DO BETTER FFS! I can imagine her mate Christianne (A fellow Tuber who puts in some effort on her travel videos) secretly cringes at Lia's complete and utter laziness!

Joel, he's got the more interesting life of the two where drama is concerned. He went out with and then split up with this psychotic attention whore/gym bunny called Yas, no official reason has been made public but Yas is trying his absolute best to milk it for all its worth with "Joel and Lia fans give me hate all the time!" LOL Yeah... sure they do mate! Now Joel has stopped mentioning him and is concentrating on buying a house with his mate Lucy, who has become his de-facto companion. What if she meets a bloke and wants to go set up shop with him?? Joel is going to be in the 1800 cottage trying to pay the mortgage on his own! I doubt Joel will meet anyone. He seems way too into himself and his own YouTube fame.

Yes curiosity got the best of me but rather than finding it hot I found it to be more like involuntary pornography tbh.. But yes I did just have to see what someone thought would be okay to write about REAL people when I read j&lfans post about it! Even I was shocked because real people full names and writing about them like that should be illegal if it isn't already! So fucking creepy but like a Trainwreck I could not look away from!

Vero is apparently still around and is pregnant. Lucy seems like that type who fell in love with him when she met him and feels sorry for him. What's he going to do if Lucy meets someone and wants to live with them? Is Joel going to move in with them? HA!

It's fine. People can assume that I am creepily obsessed with or objectifying him in some way, but his content and reading between the lines gives an excellent perspective onto someone obsessed with fame, acclaim, and attention (he literally openly states that he wishes he was royal.. I mean, come on! Grow up already, Sansa! ).

It's fascinating. I don't care. I love watching him and observing one of the most entertaining examples of synergistic dysfunction and gossiping about it. And yes, as someone who has dealt with very similar but far more severe issues with growing up "Christian" but not sexually conforming, I DO find his relationships with other men and how he deals with those sorts of issues quite interesting of course I am always curious about what he's really up to in that regard.

As someone that used to be obsessed with the idea TV/film acting into my late teens (although not out of a desire to be famous), I do find his childlike/childish attitude and approach cringy, entertaining, and fun to poke fun at. I had to grow up quickly and deal with similar insecurities and be an adult early. So yes, I'm a little overly interested in the idea of someone even being able to end up like him..

Now, I know that stuff is probably a lot less interesting to most people than what color he painted his office wall and disparaging his house, but please forgive my "sus" creepiness.

What can I say? Beautiful messes are as intriguing as ever and make excellent muses.

There you go, Joel: You've inspired someone, and perhaps in an even more meaningful way than going to the gym.

@Greenlentils when Ava first started her period he got a dog nappy and him, Yas and Lucy were all laughing about it I just thought it was a bit strange (the video has since been deleted from when he scrubbed every last trace of Yas from his online profiles) and @JoelFizz it’s the only drama he has other than mould growing on the wall. I definitely think there is trouble in paradise with Hatzakis though.

Any details of the tantrum on his IGTV? Starting to wonder if he's actually mentally unstable or an attention whore. He's making Joel look like the 'normal' one.

Basically the same stuff he said in the YouTube video. He's saying he's "done" with social media because of all "the haters and trolls" and he has to constantly "watch Joel's videos because Joel might talk about me and after he does, I get haters and trolls!"

My opinion is I highly suspect the trolls are a VERY small percentage of Joel's fans. The majority have probably forgotten there ever was a Yas. So, in conclusion, Yas is a massive attention whore and is throwing a fit because Joel isn't directing attention to him anymore in his videos.
