Someone bought two sponges in their order and by the time it was their turn on the live she discovered she'd oversold on the website so asked did they want another item or refund ...after them waiting for ages to watch her pack their order ! someone said why didn't she offer them a small freebie as a token and were jumped on by her subs and mod .
