That’s right the estate agent was round checking to make sure everything was in order they mustn’t be renewing the tenancy ,they’ll find somewhere else to rent .This plus the reason for the move will probably be because the tenancy on the flat they are renting at the moment is coming to an end
Landlord may be selling, happened to some friends of ours, gave them a good 6 months to find somewhere and they were fine.
Why can't she just be honest though?
There’s a video of her going to Slimcon with Helen up just now...first she whines about not being a good traveller. Cut to Charlie in the car, Jane nipped to the toylit....she gets back in the car, then in a whiney, toddler voice she gets annoyed with daft boy because she panicked, she didn’t know where he was. She sounded like she’d swallowed a whining 3 year old! How can he stand her?? She’s so childish and petulant and really, really irritating!
Maybe the LL isn’t happy she’s running her multi-national biznezz from there
In the members vid about how grotty the flat is she says to Charlie “we’re done living here “and he says “yeah it’s time to move on “ no mention of buying! That’s probably why they got the carpet cleaned save them having to replace them if they want their deposit back.
Maybe the rents too much and Charlie's said get a full time job and we can stay or carry on as you are and we will have to get somewhere cheap....your choice....
What they should have done is stay in the smaller flat , chins work full time and stop spending ridiculous amounts on food

Not sure on the area at all but I wonder if house prices/rent etc is cheaper closer to Charlie’s family... obviously this would effect her 4 hours at Tesco a month.. but he travels to work anyway 
Maybe a small house would be cheaper to rent than the marina ,I think the rent is pretty steep on the flat.
Nothing to be proud of really the fact you have been called early because you are overweight and are considered a risk

i watched that yesterday as well and the Second one. Helen was a bleeping clip with fake tan. Quite witty for chins actually saying that Helen looked like she had been to Barbados, she looked like a bleeping chipmunk with the orange face and bucked teeth and Gav the 80,s pornstar well say no more, miss those two for a piss take !

I had to watch that video now to see the whiny voice lol. Good god. And then Charlie’s like ‘here’s your blanky’ or something like that. Pathetic. Charlie looks about 20 years younger and that was only 2.5 years ago. Quite sad really.
Listening to that stupid baby voice she puts on gives me the rage! This is the woman who wants us to believe she’s an entrepreneur and she behaves like a child! How he suffers that, I do not know!
