I’ve not watched her latest vlog yet but I’ve seen her wee posts on Instagram referencing feeling miserable cos of the winter and as has just been said you do need to feel surely! They had a cheeky pandemic break in Italy when most of the country was stuck at home and I reckon they’d be away abroad now if it wasn’t for the fact she knows she’d get ripped for going and doesn’t want to damage her image. Also I feel like the references to mood, SAD, feeling a bit down etc always just lead directly to a wee affiliate link to cult beauty for some overpriced piece of nonsense like gummies or some other absolute shite. There’s always a sell which makes it hard to feel like it’s 100% genuine

I don’t mind the tartan carpet either as someone said I like the variety of it not being a grey/beige homesense show room like most other influencers houses. I think a nice wooden floor would look better for them due to the dog hair situation

I‘ve watched three reviews on her her brand and in all three videos the products were defect. First one the highlighter fell out of the packaging, second video I watched the highlighter also fell out and smashed. In the third one, one single eyeshadow fell out of the palette. And now the video posted above...

The influencer‘s videos I watched all adore Jamie though and gave the products a glowing review despite the obvious issues

one thing that has really put me off Jamie over the last year or so is her passive aggressive comments towards new and upcoming mua/beauty/lifestyle youtubers or influencers. it’s seems that she needs to consistently put across that she’s got into her (obviously successful) career because of her passion and love for makeup and these newer influencers are doing it for the money etc etc. she believes her way into this industry was organic in-turn she’s thinks she’s superior to them. i agree that a lot of people now are doing it for money, but when influencers/gurus like Jamie AND her bf (who doesn’t have his own job/identity but a mustang) are driving around in range rovers/mustangs, jetting around the world 24/fkn/7 and are adorned in designer, can you fkn blame them really ?!! and it’s that attitude that really puts me off these ppl, you pretty much have everything and more in life, why the fk can’t ppl not want the same and do what you’re doing ?! Sorry for the rant guys x not sorry Jamie !

Jamie’s self care vlog.....her life is basically a self care routine, all that shit she says she does on her self care day, she does every day. Her water bill must be huge, I mean ‘super’ huge, you know they’re gone from the real world when they put sUpeR in front of everything & start every sentence with ‘I feEl liKe’

Luckily for her our water is wrapped up in council tax here! My friend lives in England and paying for water blew her mind

That’s funny. She spends so much time in duty free shops as well so she’ll have seen Tom Ford makeup hundreds of time and as a beauty product enthusiast I highly doubt she’s never looked at the lipsticks and like you say anyone that’s familiar with makeup will say oh that’s like Tom Ford straight away when they see her lipsticks. I still like the look of one of the lipsticks and the liners look nice colours but I’ll wait for some reviews then order from cult beauty for the free shipping

Can't deal with this week's vlog and how she's making her life sound so hard. There are other people who have worked hard all through lockdown Jamie, people who have ACTUAL REAL PROPER JOBS and they can't get a holiday or take a week off.

Don't worry though, she's just powering through guys, she's still going to be taking pictures (of herself) such a hard life posing for Instagram and vlogging your life and making thousands of pounds for doing absolutely NOTHING. So done with her. I used to genuinely like her but I just can't deal with the woe is me crap that she gave in that video. Fuck off. Your lockdown hasn't been that hard Jamie.

She edits her pics so heavily, on instagram and her youtube thumbnails that her jawline is so chiseled then you click play on her video and wonder where the extra 3 chins came from. When you get botox, it eventually completely wears off as it only affects the muscle and doesn’t necessarily add anything into your face whereas filler does and it takes much longer to go and sometimes never does. Over time it slides down and disperses into other areas on the face. People are then tempted to get more to level the face out and this process is repeated, going round in circles until they’re face is so full of old and new filler it looks lumpy and swollen. Jamie looks like she has mumps. It’s off putting when she edits herself to look completely different. Even the makeup looks so different.
Attached a picture to show her thumbnail then her in the actual video where the eyeshadow, highlighter, lipstick colour etc all looks different and you can see the blur on her left jawline in the thumbnail where she has clearly edited her chin/jaw.


You would be surprised. I know vloggers like Lydia Millen earn well over a £1,000,000 a year (you can view their company details online) and Jamie has more of a following than her. I’m always surprised she isn’t spending more, (seriously, how inexpensive would it be to replace that manky carpet and old wooden dining table they have) and she always mentions money like her and Jack aren’t loaded lol. It’s little things like this that I think has made her likeable to so many (I’m personally not a fan but from what I gather she isn’t on top of the list of influencers with the most ‘haters’). She comes off relatable and humble. She always makes a point of saying stuff like “I thought about buying a Dior bag for ages so really treated myself to it” yet says this about every designer purchase and what about that top of the range Range Rover and Mustang on her drive. She has a load of money but makes out she doesn’t. Also, another thing she hides is the amount of staff working for her. Her parents are never ever in her vlogs but every once in a while she will let slip a clue that her Mum is at her house nearly everyday, cooks for them a lot and her Dad does most of the DIY/handywork in the house. Then she has her friend Charlotte doing admin. But her vlogs are an image of her and her partner living alone, working hard, being humble and having the same struggles as the viewers. She isn’t fooling me. I think they’re saving for another house, they aren’t spending loads on the current house as they aren’t planning on staying there for long. Mortagage companies won’t accept them if they have bad credit from the past so they might be waiting for the 5 years from bad credit to pass and also you need to show at least 3 years worth of earnings. I’m not sure how long she has been making big money but just I’n guessing by now she would be able to get a mortgage big enough for a decent house. I give it a few months before they move into a huge house and they’ll deck it all out and splurge on it then we’ll get to see the real Jamie and Jack. Not as humble as they like us to think they are . Oh, I forgot, she only wears Mariah Tash jewellery, it costs like £600 for a little nose stud. Yet she claims she doesn’t splurge .

are we watching the same person? Jamie talks a lot about how she likes expensive things and makes it pretty obvious her friend works for her and also made a video about all her jewellry and gave less expensive alternatives. I think you've got her wrong on this one also pretty sure they own their current house so not sure what the waffle about them not getting a mortgage is
