Basically how no one really cares about fitness/staying on track with nutrition at the moment, due to the state of the world. And that’s ok, it’s no wonder.

This should be reflected in social media and it’s not realistic to expect people to want to be working out. I think he’s right as well.

He seemed sincere and to have empathy in this one, it’s nice to see his humanity return..
I had a look at it on Facebook.

Maybe it's because everyone has a different experience of life and lockdown, I didn't really have the same reaction as it seems others did.

Lockdown hasn't really changed my life in terms of work or workload. My job was classed as a key worker although not frontline like many others. I've been back in (and out of the office) for over a year. My main concern about lockdown was getting my son back in school. Maybe I'd feel differently if I wasn't mid forties and very happily married.

I work out for myself and my health, not for anyone else, so what the rest of the world and social media thinks really never mattered.

To me it shows that he is a social media influencer and the fact social media not being that important at the minute shows that him and his ilk really aren't that important at the end of the day.

Maybe I just an old bloke that whilst enjoying social media as distraction, has never had to live in or on it. So pleased social media wasn't a thing when I was young and single.

Take care all.

On the Joe Wicks thread someone’s just posted that they know from someone in the industry that he’s successfully sued James a few times.

We've had discussions in our family about similar things. Everyone has been affected differently during covid and its lockdowns. Some have just gone on pretty much as normal, others whole lives have fallen apart.

I'm early 40s and my life has changed a lot in the last 18 months and I still don't know when it will settle, my my sister and husband in their 30s have barely changed, if anything their better off due to savings 😂

If your life isn’t changed much due to the pandemic, you’re very lucky. My husband died of covid in January and I’m not alone in losing a loved one - millions of people have. It’s not just about not being able to go into the office to work and your leisure time impacted.

That must be why he used to always go on about getting sued. I’m not sure if he still talks about it but he used to ‘joke’ about not being sure if he can say certain things

It’s just to get the lad bible loyal to click on his page. Engagement! That’s all he cares about.

Anyone I now who’s had a video go viral, has then been approached my ladbible - 9/10 think they have made it, for a short time anyway, rumour has it they offer a small fee and then own your content forever (when you could have made £££) . Would not surprise me if James the LAD is on the payroll. (Cringe though)

I agree with his story, if he doesn't get covid after last night he's immune!

Also, wonder how many numbers he got last night?

The desperate women surrounding him at that party. Jesus get some self respect! Why are they so keen to become Ofjames!

So his daily emails says he’s changing the plans and premium is going up! It’s already a rip off so god knows who’s going to join if it’s more expensive. Then he says if you join before it goes up he will honour the £40 a month so yours won’t go up?? Marketing ploy anyone?? 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️

If they’re still trying to sell tickets for ifs I’m guessing it’s not a great success this year. Maybe he’s raising his prices ready for his business talk on the weekend 😂 to show that he’s following his own advice or to help him buy more of his own book!

The only people on that lineup I'd want to see is Ben Carpenter and SoHee Lee. The rest are questionable at the least.
