Has anyone seen the podcast channel on youtube. The second video highlights just how nasty Claire can be. Yelling at James telling him to STFU. Saying how angry she gets in traffic if people leave a big gap to the point she gets right up their backside to prove a point. She yells through most of the podcast. He seems to focus on his cards,so just how much is scripted/prompted or natural. Also adverts every 5 minutes. More and more Claire seems disinterested in vlogging and the podcast now. She yelled at him for talking over her then continued to talk and yell over him
Used to love their vlogs when they started out. Now find them really grabby and beggy.
Hate the constant food shop, meat talk.
And clair always made out she did like a bit more serious modelling I didn’t realise it was glamour stuff. No shame there just not that way she speaks about it.

This week's vlog James was clearly on the beg for a cordless lawnmower,he really is a tight wad until he's buying clothes/food for himself.
I'm confused why they bathe the kids,im sure they're 10 and 12, he said one of them hadn't had a bath in 4 weeks. I don't for a minute believe he's not had showers,I can't imagine Claire ignoring the kids personal hygiene she is a good mum. James shouldn't be talking about the kids personal hygiene on the vlogs,it's not right their mates could watch.

I get the feeling he does that for his own ego because deep down he probably thinks without being 'famous',she probably wouldn't have given him the time of day. When they did the Inbetweeners reunion,he asked that Emily Atack wasn't included as they had previously dated and he felt it was unfair to Claire. Theres an old interview with Claire floating around where she openly stated she wanted a to be with someone where she wouldn't have to work.

I dont understand how she has said in the past she didn't know anything about the inbetweeners, didn't know James was in it, etc. Even if you didnt watch it you knew of it- it was huge back in the day especially for her age group!
They were her words, it was a video of an interview for one of the lads mags she used to model for. I 100% believe she's a good mum and adores both boys,as for her and James I really don't know. I think at times she comes across as bored with the lifestyle, he's out and about with his mates and playing the 'celeb'and she's at home cleaning the toilets and endless laundry, not a very glamorous lifestyle and maybe not what she expected when they first met
Considering he's a well known "actor" their house is pretty basic tbh, I would have expected them to be in a bigger fancier home. But with only one wage throughout their marriage it might have been a struggle at some points getting a bigger mortgage.
How long until their management company cut them loose. They really do struggle with the concept of work he doesn't have acting work for long periods so appears to rely on Cameo and social media, once he gets a bit of acting work the vlogs and podcast take a back seat, both of which are sources of income. They bang on about their celebrity friends so why can't Claire maybe do a shorter version of the pod cast with some guests or is she too busy cleaning toilets and doing laundry. The rest of us run homes have kids and go to work, they are in probably a more vulnerable position because his acting jobs are few and far between,so social media work is only a good back up if they're prepared to put a bit of effort in and not just for gifted or paid vlogs. Another thing with the vlogs would be,not to release more than one episode on certain weeks and save the bonus episodes for the weeks they can't record

I think both of them thought vlogging was going to be easy money, lots of freebies and sponsors no decent business would dponsor such unreliable people. Claires too busy watching Yellowstone and posting selfies to film or edit
I think James' social anxiety is rather worse than I've ever thought. I think he clings to Clair especially in public settings and she's sort of his shield/ he is the follower because he gets worried/ worked up about stuff more it seems. Like the health concerns ( not that they aren't real, and I relate to that I lot because I have bad anxiety so I'm one to talk) and things like when recently he was too worried to be rude and ask the cab driver to turn the AC down.
I think he might come across as more performative due to the insecurity and feeling the pressure to be funny, so if all else fails, he'll just be self deprecating.
I do really feel like the vlogs are gonna get wayyyy more few and far between though. Clair shoulders it all and I think she's burned out and they've not seen the kind of numbers that they hoped or would make it worth it for her.
I totally agree with your comments about James,he plays a bit of a character because he feels safer,socially I think he can be very akward. As for Claire im not sure if shes burnt out or disappointed that life possibly isn't what she thought it would be, marrying a once successful actor. James has openly admitted to turning down lots of job offers when the kids were smaller but now the offers arent as regular as he'd like. Even when hes at home and not working he tends to sit around waiting for Claire to do everything,. I remember an old interview with Claire,before she was with James,when she was glamour modelling, she had said her intention was to marry someone with money so she didn't need to work. I wonder if shed envisaged her life as it is. Shes a good mum but she often seems frustrated/irritated with James,comments about his lack of work. I think Claire spends so much time cleaning as a coping mechanism.

I wonder if he feels out of his heyday and along with being out of the bigger roles for so long that his anxiety won't really let him.
I have seen some of her photo scans from old mags and excerpts here and there but I didn't know she'd said that.
Yeah he does definitely wait on her to do much, like he doesn't know what to do if she has a day out, maybe he plays that up for the camera, but I get what you're saying.
She stays on top of the cleaning that's for sure, I'm always thinking I need to take a page out of her book on that, but I'd go rather crazy just living the same life not outside the home. When the boys get older and closer to leaving, that'll be interesting what they do then.
What I really wonder is what would Clair do if she could do anything, career or personal-goal wise. Surely she has aspirations outside of this, at least I'm just putting myself in her place and I def would
