Had a look at the M&S sizing chart as they’re a brand I’ve found to be true to size and consistent. They’ve got a size 14 as a 31 inch waist and size 16 as 34 inch waist.

I’m baffled by Ambela as she seems to have made the sizing big, but the jeans are looking skinny and tight on people other than her. I think maybe it’s because she has comparatively slim toned legs to her waist size and they’ve been made to fit her?

Idk but I also find her posting a photo of her belly like this resting her hand on it and that smirky face on the same day as posting about baby loss is insensitive. It’s maybe a bit of a stretch but her belly does resemble a bump so to post it posing like that on the same day as posting about baby loss just doesn’t sit right with me. Have a day off from saying the same old shit about your belly.

She is so BORING who needs to be reminded every single day that having a round “belly” is ok.

I think it's a cash grab as we know Carys is wanting to move/has bought another house. I can't see this venture lasting - she couldn't cope with sending out candles and concrete pots. She was fine for the initial launch in the autumn.....then the new stock for Christmas....but, when it came to spring, it was too much like hard work........I think she's wanting to build a company similar to ITS but, she needs to be dedicated 24/7......there's no time to go to Gregg's or fanny around posing in front of a camera......or typing word salad essays on instagram

I think that's why she has other people on board this time that seem to have experience in businesses. I'm not sure how much of a flop it will be entirely as a lot of her followers that are similar sizes will probably buy whatever carys makes for their also "bloated round bellies".

If I'm ordering a pair of jeans from a brand I'm not familiar with, I'd order a size 12 and a size 14 to make sure I end up with a pair of jeans that fit me (hopefully). With Carys' word vomit of sizing chaos, I'd feel the need to order a size 10, 12, 14 and 16 because sizing makes no sense.
I'd love to know if they get any refunds and what happens to those that are sent back...

BUT CARYS LITERALLY WEARS ABOUT 4 DIFFERENT SIZES HERSELF?!??! How are people supposed to work it out and get it right first time? Even if I were buying jeans from ASOS or something I would order 2 different sizes to try out and send one back.

What’s the point of that sort of vanity sizing? Only makes people feel shit when they then can’t get into the same size in other retailers. So the lady is a size 14 but wearing a 12. How do these jeans make her look slimmer? Not being horrible but you can see she’s no way a size 12. Honestly this woman is a fucking idiot.

This is so true. As a mother of two girls, especially. Does she forget they won't be toddlers forever, in time they will be teenagers and young women, she is being a dreadful role model for them in years to come. Imagine watching your mother fluff about obsessing over what size her clothes are EVERY single day of your life just setting them up for body issues later on

I saw some comments on the Ambela instagram saying they didn’t understand why they hadn’t even had a dispatch email yet as obviously they ordered two days ago and should be having Royal Mail next day delivery.

Also saw comments by the Ambela insta saying that shopify has different servers for different users and as they were new they didn’t get the largest one and they will for next time. Again, not good enough they knew how many people signed up so should have paid for the appropriate server needed. Obviously trying to do it on the cheap.

Carys is being really helpful, saying she'll model the short/regular and long jeans - so everyone can see the leg length on her , so everyone knows which size to order.........yes Carys that could work.....if everyone had met you personally .....and knows how tall you are.....what a muppet!

Also that really won’t help a like I said before, depends on your leg length, so yea she may be 5’4 but have a longer inside leg than someone else the same height, so seeing how long they are on her won’t help unless you have the same measurements as her!
