But if it was just Jade’s mental health that’s causing her to go on a extended break, why would Matt also suddenly go on a break too? Is that normal for Matt too when she’s done that before? Shocking people have contacted her personal work and totally unacceptable. Imagine the humiliation you’d have to go through explaining to your work and how unprofessional it would make you look.

People who’ve messaged her family/work place are absolute idiots! I think she should be left alone now it’s obvious she’s not in a good place. It would have saved time if she’d done this in the first place I guess but really hope she’s ok. It’s not nice to think of anyone going through a rough time.
She’ll have a manager who has the log-in to her account and is looking after it on her behalf (probably the person doing the unfollowing, turning off comments etc.)

Although it’s unacceptable that people are contacting her friends and family. She needs to understand she has this obsessive fan base full of childlike immature people who literally worship the ground she walks on. And just like children they needed to be reassured. I do believe she has a responsibility to her fan base to have responded or at least get her management to respond so much earlier. It’s her job and just like anyone with a job we can’t just up and walk out on radio silence. It’s part and parcel of being a grown up.

The way she has written it doesn't make it sound like her management work that we're contacted. It makes it sound like her other work. But how would they even know who that is??

Places of work have sacked people for less, especially if anything comes across as harassment and whats sad is the people doing this may make her never come back fo her channel in case it risks her losing her job.
Contacting family and friends is also disgusting. The friends and family even though linked to her have not chosen to share their lives online so why should they get messages from loads of people they don't know.
