I like her recipes (although very disappointing if she's lifted them from blogs etc) but do find her awfully dramatic on twitter. Eg the other night she couldn't sleep so woke her partner up. Firstly that's an incredibly selfish thing to do. Secondly why tell people? Very attention seeking. Love that she sued Katie Hopkins though.

A person i know had to fly to London for reassignment surgery and fly home 5 days later while healing not to mention all the flights for appointments because we don't have a surgeon who will do it here in Ireland, count your blessings Jack that you could avail of that surgery in your home country if you needed to.

That post is anxiety inducing
if she does do that amount of work and yet doesn't earn enough not ot have to beg from her fans surely she must realise maybe she is not working efficiently?

She's so in your face and aggressive, just what we don't need. I'd imagine on her own show she'd start each recipe with an anecdote like the time a pimp spat in her mouth and she got hepatitis, or other stories she's picked up from the telly.
and her "struggling" to walk around the kitchen because of her arthiritis

I'm watching it now. It's amazing. A dishevelled, wide-eyed man cooking veg in what is clearly his spare kitchen, talking to an iPhone. It's like he's had a breakdown and his family are helping him through it by pretending he's still famous. 10/10, would watch again.
You've really sold this to me 😆

Although had no idea it was on daily, I thought it was a once a week thing.

And Jack was saying how difficult it was to film and make videos without a crew 😁

Carrots are also good roasted.
Also, if you have any fresh vegetables hanging round in the fridge, cut them up into little bite-size pieces all roughly the same size, put them on a baking tray or whatever you use in the oven, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper and spices or dried herbs if you have, roast in the oven at 180°C or 200°C for about 20 minutes or until everything is soft, mash with the back of a fork and use in pasta, or on sandwiches, in shepherds pie, anything really, delicious and easy using what you’ve got in the fridge

Has anyone seen her tweet where someone has posted ingredients for her keyworker daughter and asked Jack for advice? I want to tell her just because you can mix foods together, doesn’t mean you should!

She just did another article in the Guardian. I think it’s been a year now. She has fallen off the wagon a few times though.
I'm glad she's kept to it. It felt a poor choice for the Guardian to give her a large platform to declare her sobriety so early into it. Had she properly fallen off the wagon there would have been much more attention on her failure than if she'd quietly entered sober life.

Sharing heating a banana up and adding chocolate. Innovative, original stuff that noooobody has ever thought of doing before.

Now those sound like tatsy and interesting recipes unlike the shite that Jack comes up with, which let's face it aren't even recipes it's just bung a load of cans in a pan and heat, Ive not read any of her books or seen that many of her 'recipes' to be honest but the ones I have seen just sound vile 🤢
Dale Berning Sawa (who I know nothing about tbh) wrote an article for The Guardian on March 12th, which already seems an age ago, about store cupboard recipes. One of them was a flatbread pizza, which looked so easy and tempting. I haven't tried it yet but keep meaning to. Basically make a dough with flour, water and flavour (if you want eg poppy seeds, Nigella seeds), brown in a frying pan either side then put in oven with topping of choice for a few 10 minutes. I've never made pizza full stop so no idea how this varies.

Wonder when we'll see one of those crying/ranting videos on Instagram a la SH?
And apparently we're all going to contact the BBC to try to get her sacked as soon as her new show starts, but *she has already warned the beeb* so there! BBC must be wondering what they have got themselves into :)

She is referring to the nasty campaign as *one grumpy tweet* and has apparently written him a letter of apology.
He must have been delighted to receive it :)
i can just imagine him.opening it and going "jack who?" 😂

I swear JM and SH are one and the same person.
They're the one two threads I post much on.. though very new to this one. I actually find their behaviour so fascinating. Very bizarre.

This attached tweet. *eyes roll to back of head* just unfollowed (was following from ages ago and never unfollowed). Need to stop noseying on her page its just too irritating.

Somebody please please please tweet her and ask if she's going to be ok filming the new TV show with her compromised immune system...non-sarcastically obviously! I'm literally dying to see what her response would be! As always I'm sure she'll have some obvious response that the rest of us foolish and insignificant people will be unaware of. It really must be dizzying right up there, so high on that pedestal she's managed to fool everyone into thinking she's on!
I bet she would reply with some kind of statemenet that she is being so selfless putting herself at risk to help others in need blablabla
