That’s the one! So shiny. And no swelling around the eye either. Remarkable!
I seem to remember that some amazing ninnies not only identified the brand - Mac, I believe - but the exact shades and colour palette 😄😄😄

I want to say Urban Decay but mostly because it's so high in shimmer. Midnight Cowboy, the shade, was my jam once upon a time.

Didn't she supposedly fall over pissed and whack her head on the tap, or something?
Undoubtedly coincided with SB getting a gold star at school, or Leggy being in the paper, or some such praise for any one of the NPCs in the Jack Monroe Roleplaying Game.

Manifesting this for you

( And hopefully it won’t end in a John Torode setting his tea towel alight making a McMuffin type moment like this …
)
Aww this is hilarious, thanks. Got to love Eamonn's perplexed frown. Poor Ruth carried that segment, didn't she?

And look how prepared Makka Pakka is! I like to think he was one of Jack's baking projects that escaped and found freedom. That's why he's so obsessed with cleanliness.

Slightly over cooked my pasta and lost my slot, IIRC there was some rage around that time about a menacious marauding producer who had the cheek, the gall, the audacity to go about telling people Jack was difficult to work with

Jack? Difficult to work with? But she always seems so easygoing.

bleep Cackula
General Booty's evil cousin!

I just typed 'Major Booty' before scrolling to check. 😂 Am now hoping the guy has a brother named Major.

I am 34 years old.
Wit has no age limit. :p

(it's a masterpiece, but imagining that quantity of Jacks in one room is exhausting. No wonder one of them is asleep.

I think that was the only time in human history that "difficult to work with" wasn't showbiz code for "won't sleep with me to get work".

What was the story behind her Jack Eye?

Did she get on the wrong side of Ru Paul?
She got tit faced and smacked her face on the bathroom sink. Although she said it was because she was lifting weights in the bathroom and tripped over them.
She wailed and whinged on Twitter and all the FM fawned all over her, which she lapped up. As the attention escalated she managed to elevenerife it to the worst head injury ever and actually took herself to A&E. This was at the height of the pandemic and hospital staff were begging people to stay home unless it was a near death situation.
Anyone going to hospital at that time had their temperature taken and written on a scrap of paper, which Jack proudly photographed and posted on SM. Alongside other photos of her wasting NHS time she told her story through these photos like she was in some sort of high dependency unit. In reality she sat in a waiting room for hours and was sent home with a leaflet about concussion.
The FMs were feeding her Narc high by kissing her a and telling her how brave she was. She was obviously hoping for Louisa to cycle as fast as possible to the hospital and beg for reconciliation but it never happened. The shiny black eye was over the next week or so. She did have a very small mark but decided colouring her face in was necessary to get more attention. There was no swelling and she squinted to fake the injury. What was hilarious was she also squinted with the completely unhurt and bruise free eye.
I miss those days of chaos...

One of my favourites was this Edinburgh book festival appearance where she said she went into anaphylactic shock when stressed, and uttered the phrase “ vain around the edges”
I've never managed to watch this because it's too awkward. Also, it's long, and I'm worried about the toll the cringe will take on my body over the course of 60 minutes.

To those of you who've watched it - are you okay? Just doing a quick online welfare check to make sure we haven't lost any tenderstems.

The only thing I remember seeing is Kit de Waal's shocked face when she read the questions. It also took place during Jack-as-fish iirc. Below is AI overview's helpful summary of that era. Forget the gossip and influencer snark. Tattle is apparently the go-to place for aquarium commentary.🦐🐡🐟
