Don’t let that put you off, it’s a good film and Lynda Steadman’s character is shy and sweet and not at all guest-like (although there is a scene where she’s chopping onions wearing swimming goggles that I’m surprised didn’t make it into Grifty Kitchen as a Jack-Hack)

Although to be fair, as far as we know, Gazza has never murdered anyone in a jealous rage or been to prison for beating up a 9 year old child.
I sincerely hope that this new trend for exposing liars and grifters means that guest keeps her head down out of the public eye forever. Too many people know the truth now - to the point that she's a byword for hilarious lying and tit cooking - so if she tries to come back with anything other than a full mea culpa self-exposé about all her lies and nonsense then she'd get shot down in an instant. That and the complete lack of talent.

I haven’t followed Gazza and his history, football is not my interest, nor do I really remember the case more than some guy being on the run - I don’t have normal tv, so I’ll have passed a headline on a paper maybe. I’m not lauding him as the best guy in the world, I’m absolutely against violence, it just seemed an uncharacteristic celeb thing to do. And mad.

Nah, she's a narcissist so incapable of self reflection.
Because she's moved on in the world she's discarded the old skin and therefore the old life and lies are dead to her.
That's what Narcs do. If they say it isn't happening then it isn't happening. It just won't compute to her little brain that the old lies can catch up with her. That's why Narcs panic when presented with the truth. Their brains just can't process it.
She won't be giving the thought of getting caught out a second glance. She's moved on to whatever mark/schmuck she had in her crosshairs and is living in a new happy bubble.
