There’s documentary evidence of the vaping - Sat on Big Wispa’s illegally fired cannon, vapes in the pockets of the ”shoe organiser’ full of shitein her kitchen. It's telling that Jack caught sight of this in the mirror and her first thought was "Helena Bonham-Carter", rather than the "Zelda from Terrahawks" or "Grandma Death from Donnie Darko" that the rest of the world will see.

(I am PARTICULARLY sensitive to this as have had three nearly fatal blood clots in the last couple of years. It's extremely serious and involved ICU and lengthy hospital and drugs for life. She's never mentioned any of the blood thinner drugs in her pharmaceutical chat cos I would've picked up on that.)
It's the same with any freelance/creative career. I went from being a freelance writer doing bits and bobs in my spare time to making six figures running a sustainable creative business in the same time that guest has managed to spend all her money and trash her reputation. I did it by just showing up, delivering consistently, building relationships, capitalizing on opportunities and constantly learning and improving, while also managing my mental and physical health issues. I don't say this to show off, and it wasn't easy, but just to show how it's possible to build a career from the kinds of things Guest does. It staggers me how badly she's ducked herself at every turn from the profile and opportunities she's had.
She never had a heart attack, best guess from the available evidence is that a) she was lying, or b) or had some kind of coke triggered arrhythmia. Clots on the lungs is a new one to me though, I know she’s claimed lung damage due to cold/damp living conditions before but not clots.

That leaped out at me too- first time I’ve ever seen that blog post or heard about her “lung clots”. It was spring 2016 and her alleged “heart attacks” were Sept-Oct 2015 when she was trying to bait Leggy back so who knows when she was faking those for attention?
ETA “the doctors don’t know what’s actually happened/happening, so I’m just going to say I had heart attacks. PS here are my bits”.

Amazingly, after everything we know about her, she still has the capacity to make me fume.
Blood clots are not something to flippantly throw out there. I only survived mine because I fortunately got expert ambulance care really quickly and a postcode lottery has me under a brilliant pulmonary team at a top teaching hospital. And I managed to avoid being in hospital during the pandemic when all the pulmonary people were focused on Covid -- it did mean I got no after-care though because clinics all closed and I've had further clots. So, I know my way around this experience and it's bloody awful.
A former colleague of mine just died about three weeks ago with an undiagnosed clot -- she collapsed and died at home within minutes, previously healthy with no symptoms. It happens far more regularly than anyone imagines.

It makes me mad that she makes me mad like this.
(Hope you're okay and managing with your drugs? I'm still resentful that I have to take them daily but then I remember that I might be pushing up daisies otherwise.)
Allow me to interpret - post holiday blues attention seeking Jack got assessed for DVT at some point, because if someone is having chest pain we will ask if they've flown recently and check for symmetry.

I'm sure you're correct @PunkyMonkey. She's used language implying she definitely had or has clots in her lungs but she's lying for clicks and attention, isn't she? When actually she was being properly assessed after coming into A&E and things were mentioned in the course of ruling them out.
I wouldn't wish an embolism on my worst enemy and I certainly don't wish it for Jack either. But she needs to STFU permanently.
