I am assuming either that her abusive girlfriend forced her to wheel a chair two miles in a wheelbarrow and smile for a picture under threat of having pins stuck in her again, that this is just after she escaped this terrible graphic situation and the smile in the picture and reminiscences are because she was free of it and the two miles of wheelbarrow chair pushing at 6 months pregnant was a sign of FREEDOM, OR (and hear me out here) because in the text accompanying the 2019 picture (already established to be a complete bleeping lie), and in the Buzzfeed article, maybe Jack was LYING.

If she is lying about this, or even exaggerating in any way, then she is despicable. I was violently grape by an ex-boyfriend when I was 18 and a half years old. Not 18, not 19, 18 and a half. I remember the exact date over 35 years later, so I can be specific about my age. If I was asked to describe it in detail, even now I wouldn't be able to. Not because I don't remember it; I remember every second. But to open up and describe every single detail? No.
I spent years looking over my shoulder. I even moved to a completely different part of the UK in order to try and put some distance between myself and what happened. This is one of the few times that I have talked about it and now I'm going to have a stiff drink. There are certain things that should only be spoken about completely honestly, no lies and no exaggeration.
If this is another of her tall tales then she is the lowest of the low.

It was very insightful of her to notice prices were going up during a period of high inflation. Surprised she isn't given credit every time it is mentioned.
So - and print screens for posterity - by the Guardian’s own words it’s taken 6 journalists to build a calculator and write an article, making use of the data ONS provided. How many ppl must the ONS hire that are all necessary to facilitate this data getting to the point where those SIX trained journalists can do their thing? And yet Jack believes she can do all of this? As others keep saying - it goes to show that the 100 hour a week buller has never bleeping worked and has no idea how much work goes into work!
Ah, but wasn't the ONS' "improved methodology" partly due to their consultation with actual pov person guest? Just waiting for her to humblebrag about her totally made up participation in this initiative.

I'm sure it has been mithered, but Vimes Boots is 'buy it cheap, buy it twice'. What guest thinks she discovered is personal inflation rates, a completely different and not at all new phenomenon. That's where people experience inflation differently because of what they typically buy. Someone with a budget only for essentials rising in price quickly will have a higher personal inflation rate than someone who can afford luxury items that aren't going up as quickly. She conflated the two because she is an idiot.
