I don't even know what it is supposed to be. If someone made that for my birthday I'd be doing jail time shortly afterwards.

I've missed something somewhere... Whose this lodger? When did they come into the equation?
I'm not sure when the lodger appeared in the canon, but certainly around the time of the £20 performative ASDA shop with belly shirt and cargo joggers in the summer she was claiming that she was feeding two strapping adults (her and "a labourer") plus a "teenager" (SB) with it. There has been no further mention of them since, AFAIK.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned but she had a lodger, so surely she’d split the £150 pcm increase with him? £75 per month? The landlord is hardly bleeding her dry? SB is there part time and she is a ‘minor celebrity’ so I’m sure they think she can afford it. If not, move, but why re sign the contract in Feb 2020 if it was such a crap hole anyway? (I don’t think it is, it looks quite nice and only her hoarding is the issue).
Anyway I don’t think she’s posted 250 cards out to hundreds of patreons. I think she’s posted out 250 singular cards, which means
A) she hasn’t caught up at all, she’s just ignoring the big gap and all the other rewards
B) she has at least 250 patreons paying at the absolute minimum of £7 per month, or £1,750. We know many pay more than £7 but if so, the remaining 393 patreons are likely on £3.50 tier (the lowest you can choose before having to set a custom amount, which isn’t hugely clear or reasonably likely), another £1375.50. £3125.50 by her OWN account yet she’s poorme sadface that her seaside villa is £1500 going up to £1650? You literally get paid to live there and DO NOTHING ELSE Jack.
She will NEVER admit to how much she gets paid on Patreon and I bet you that same mysterious amount she NEVER pays tax.

If she is self-employed, then she should be submitting a self-assessment return at end of Jan. Considering how long it has taken her to pack for the imminent move, she'd better start getting her accounts in order like yesterday .
No accountant will want her to show up with bin liners of receipts, bank statements etc in January. With the state of her Maths (volts, watts and amps, for starters), she clearly needs an accountant. AND/OR one day HMRC will demand an audit, and then we are gonna get some serious whingeing about how much prepping for that costs, and then, obvs, the fine.
I'm here for that chaos. Celebs don't live in an exclusive bubble as far as HMRC are concerned, and many far cleverer than her have been stung, hard.
Still dont know why she doesnt make it her new years mission to get a proper paying job, before signing a new any type of house. Get a regular income sorted before taking anything else on.

That's a shocker! I'm in a nice part of London Zone 2 and basic but decent one-beds are £1500, more for a really nice one.
I used to live near the second property. And I’m now about 12-15 minute walk from the first.
No getting away from her

Jack needs to take her father's advice regarding the costs associated with being a landlord, even when the property is inherited. Note that he mentions the £700 per 5 years is a cost that will be passed onto the tenant, not the LL. Giving yourself away there Big D.

Jack is clearly pushing her limits with her own LL and needed to witch online about because Daddy would support the LL " I'm sorry Jack but your LL is right, you are an entitled bleep".
