Happy to *announce* that I was one of them. So far it's just been following for the laughs and cheer disbelief of her deluded antics but this latest animal and money stuff is too far even for me. Hope she loses many, many more. This person should not have a platform of any size. I don't really even feel bad for the MH side of things on her part which are clear to see. It just doesn't feel like a normal reaction at all. I would be horrified if it were me. Poor kitten. I've been tangentially involved with a cat charity for years, it's staffed by volunteers who absolutely adore cats and spend so much of their time caring and loving them, but they, for sure, would reluctantly take the three(!) vets' advice in this situation.

Also, he does seem to be a bit fame-obsessed. Way back at the start of his career, just before he became well-known for his TV shows, he dabbled in acting. He did a few small parts in TV shows and even now will occasionally pop up in some ancient repeat on ITV3 etc. It always struck me that this was an odd sort of sideline for someone who is clearly very talented at vetting. And sort of betrayed that he was on the hunt for fame.I didn’t see this but I can believe he has a bit of a God complex. When he did his nationwide tour a couple of years back (which I thought was a strange concept in itself), a friend of mine went and afterwards she said it was like she’d been to some kind of cult recruitment event.
