That instagram post is illuminating. The Brene Brown speech is only 20 or so minutes long, but offers clear insight into Jack's self-perception. Wouldn't be surprised if SB had a dose of pink eye shortly... As Tom put it yesterday: the ego on you.

Careful, she may be able to 🔺you from this. The sleb squad will be kicking your door down within the hour saying ‘Youse are knicked for harassment of Princess Pov’ but as they handcuff you they will whisper in your ear. ‘Thanks for all you do, you’re a ledge’
Gracias. Send bleachos

Nay worries… we have it all saved here 😂
A massive thank(space)you to all the ninnies that have come before us who have carefully, gently, forensically screenshotted and archived Jack's timeline so the lies and the tin-rattling can be evidenced today and forever more! Much love to all youse dear hearts, without you i'd be none-the wiser.

I gift you a plate of edible roast potatoes, now duck off xx

Can we all stop with the DEGLOVED. It is personally upsetting (make of that what you will)

Hello all, I am back home 🔺 after a fantastic holiday. I have tried to scan read the threads while away but must have missed loads. What a time to go away with friends and family and have to be sociable!

Potatogate has to be one of my all time favourites. What an escalation from a not particularly offensive remark to all out pile-ons and a huge flounce!

That whole 'you come for one of us you come for all of us' was such a cringe worthy thing to write, but the fact is I have never heard of any member of that madcap family even once doing anything to publicly defend Jack from her detractors. Interesting that she reactivated twitter to clean up her timeline and then posted an innocuous and wholesome scene of breakfast supposedly with her son on Instagram. There must be something that has really rattled her, and if she was the innocent party she claims to be, then she wouldn't be in damage limitation mode. The plot thickens..

I’m sure she’d be a lot happier if she just had a bowl of bleeping cereal for breakfast

I'm off to Sainsbury's head office today (🔺) I shall be on the look out for smol pixies softly, gently meeting with the CEO behind the scenes to improve their workers' conditions.

I concur on the not compulsory bit. However, it doesn't have to be a cesspit if you use it correctly. My account is private, I only follow friends and celebs I like to keep up with news about their books, TV shows etc and bar the odd time where I get sucked in to see why some moron is trending (just like our smol pixie yesterday) I avoid the cesspit side entirely and mostly have a lovely time among witty people just like I do here. You reap what you sow on Twitter - just look at Jackanory as an example.
Very good points well made. This is how I use instagram and never see anything bad.

Bloody Independent have a 'feed your family for a week for 25 quid' article today 😫
Its actually just 5 main meals for a fiver each so not even what the headline states it is & is by Lisa Faulkner who I think is a celeb who cooks? Anyways... First recipe is....

Cacio e pepe, pea and kale spaghetti

Although I'm not sure multiple copies of "onion in repose" can ever be called a benefit.
onion in repose has sent me hysterical.

Oh Jack. Draw me like one of your French onions

Did she just describe sausages as DEGLOVED.

As a healthcare content Frau 🔺 I have seen photos of degloving and sweet Christ alive that is not a word that should ever be anywhere near food. Sausages and work both ruined for me now.

I know what it means only from watching programmes like 24 Hours in A&E.

Why oh why would someone use that term about food?
And how does she manage to make the simplest of food look unappealing!

Why does she have to describe things in such an unappetising way? She could've said "translucent jackets" or even just "casings". I'm convinced she does this on purpose.
I’m weeping with gratitude she didn’t say “unsheathed”

A friend of mine works in a cattery and was asked to cover reception on the attached vet surgery. Someone brought in a cat whose tail had been degloved. Once she'd got them into a room with the vet she had to throw up despite only getting a glimpse. Puss had to have its tail amputated, but was fine. It stayed in the cattery not long after and got extra treats and scritches from my friend.
