I fear I am spending too much time grunking. My cat was mithering (ninny) me for his tea and as I opened his pouch I found my self saying 'I suppose you want me to stop BREATHING ' Said cat ignored me in favour of salmon whiskas. Might make him a Jack recipe sardine and pineapple salad slop just to spite him 🤔

I nearly shouted WARNED! at two of my cats when they were about to start fighting yesterday. 😳

I really don't think a teacher at an English grammer school would tell a pupil they were only good for flipping burgers, that's such an American expression.
I've worked in a high school and they definitely wouldn't say anything like that to a student.

In the pic posted earlier I counted 68 envelopes - so if the lowest tier is digital only then at the time there was 68 people paying at least €8.50 a month. Sickening.

Edit: just to clarify, I mean 68 of the thin brown envelopes. There were a few larger packages that presumably were higher reward tiers.
Lynn, that is some excellent canaling. Free ticket for you for a day at a cracking glove sanctuary.

This is a lie that personally annoys me, as I read Jack's proposal for a 'Peasants' Pudding' back in the days before I was on Tattle, and thought she was well-meaning and interesting, and I was going to make her cheaper Jubilee trifle, so I looked properly for the recipe. Nothing but a handwritten scrawl of ingredients and prices (if that).

In the end I found a really good mid-price short-cut alternative that was fancy without taking three days and requiring Masterchef skills, but there is no way anyone made the 'less expensive Jubilee pudding' from Jack's recipe. Absolutely no way.
