Anti-anxiety meds and meds for 'chronic depression' aren't necessarily one and the same.

Also, Little Miss Clap, don't be a bleeping hypocrite.

I don't even know to start with those self serving poor me tweets.

Wow, she is off on one again. I think you need to hand your phone back Jack, especially for the sake of your son.

I had a dream about Marcus Rashford last night because of this thread.

CPS again. Yankee Doodle Jack.

What a manipulative and over sharing thread.
Jack, if you can’t stand the heat (and for your own good if it affects you this badly), step out of the kitchen. There will be other, more relevant, less self-serving people to take the reins. And they won’t bleat and moan about it afterwards.
I feel like if she keeps posting stuff like this, the TV opportunities etc are going to dry up even more because no one wants to be held responsible if her appearance on their show and subsequent 'trolling' causes her to harm herself or worse.

Which - to be clear - I don't want to happen, before she catches up and twists my words of anyone else's.

This stinks of half a story. I have anxiety, depression & fibromyalgia. Since lockdown started my practice have been exemplary. I've had:
3 remote med reviews
2 changes of meds
2 email consults
2 face to face appointments
1 steroid injection
1 early smear test (to rule out a few things)

Yes it's taken a bit longer than ideal, but when I started to suffer with fibro we were still under a Labour government and waiting times for my GP were 3+ weeks.
It really does sound like edited highlights. If a GP was worried at all, they'd have you in the surgery within 48 hours. They are doing their best and prioritizing.
If it is that upsetting to talk about on TV, don't. If you don't like criticism from people on Twitter, stop posting.

I'll shut up now. Love the NHS, especially my GPs, this has hit a nerve. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

If you need to talk Jack because you are lonely or need to get things off your chest, try the Samaritans. You don't even have to call. They do an email chat service too. They will listen, support abd advice 24/7.

Someone's suggested that, she's responded that she likes to give them hugs at festivals 🤷‍♀️

Enough with the random hugging of some people and threatening to pull other people's pants down.

She never ever thinks about the bigger picture, which, when you've got a large account like hers, you really have to. There are going to be so many people suffering with their mental health at the moment, and all this thread does is basically say - don't bother asking your GP for help. Which could be the first / only step people are considering. I don't want to overstate it, but it could be life or death.

Speed dial again. I'm hovering a bit. If all this is true than I really feel for her. She seems to be stuck in a cycle of poor mental health and does very little to help herself. But because she is such a seasoned liar I have doubts too. The same for her alleged alcohol addiction.

I thought she had three therapists on speed dial?
Why is she so triggered and self pitying after the tiniest amount of work ever? Which was talking about her very favourite subject - Jack Monroe?
Sorry sympathy in short supply I'm afraid.
