This.I'd always encourage Jack to keep his 'real' friends close, instead of mixing with a bunch of clout chasing hangers on.
Jack knows who's good and who's bad for him, and his old mates - much as the likes of Turkey Teeth are annoying, and I probably wouldn't want to be on their plane - seem like a fairly decent bunch who like him for who he really is and have his back.
If they were getting him into drugs or otherwise putting him in the position where he could get hurt or otherwise into trouble then yeah, cut them off.
But they've known him for years, stuck by him and they make him happy. I can't help but feel that if he said he didn't want to go out as much, they'd still be just as much his friends.
If he did what Danny suggests and cut them all off and only spent time with people who go out for a selection of steamed vegetables then he'd be retiring before he's 30, sad and lonely and washed up.
What's even the point of wealth and success if you don't have the people you love to share it with?
