After much deliberation, I picked bed head.

He's beautiful in all his forms and I love him whatever he does with his hair (please don't ever shave it off though).

But I'm a low-maintenance kind of girl myself and if Jack wants a piece of this pie he'd best be up for plenty of messy-haired shenanigans.

I found it easy to pick just one, because for me THE BRAID is above everything. But if you'd asked me to vote for 3, or 5, I'd really struggle. There's only 2 I wouldn't vote for if we had unlimited votes.
