Hello and welcome!

The original tweet should have not been offensive to anyone at all (as even trans men should accept they still have the biological functions of a female). The reason it offended trans women is because they see themselves as the exact same as women (hence why people keep repeating "trans women are women").
Thank you! Totally understand why it’s non offensive. But it gets my goat that it’s the trans women (men) bleating on that trans women are women and not the trans men (women) saying trans men are men! Once again, we women’s just sit quietly!

Funny as you use the exact same catchphrases and words she uses...

I can't get over the fact that millions of women are vile and hateful transphobes.
That's a it boils down to.

#translivesmatter
Lol you can’t get over how unpopular this nonsense is with 99% of the world’s population.

as for #translivesmatter, did you know that they actually have lower murder rates than average? The only transwomen likely to get killed are those who work as prostitutes.

Yet Caster is subject to years of test and hormone therapy suggested if she wants to continue competing. The whole world of sport needs to make up their mind. This is not a trans issue. 🤦🏽‍♀️
Caster Semenya is a male. HE was just born without a penis due to androgen insensitivity. Allegedly he was brought up male, and knew of the truth, but invented a female backstory so his mediocre male self could wipe the floor with women.

It is despicable that all three medalists in the Women’s 800m at the Rio Olympics were biological males.

They should rely on genetics tests for Y chromosomes to get rid of these cheats.

Fallon Fox is a perfect example of how the trans women seen online act: submit to my will or I'll hurt you.
Whereas most transmen aren't heard..

The idea that trans people live their entire existence to fill a sexual fetish is utter diabolical. Just like the idea that trans people have a paedophilic agenda. Again this was said about gay men for centuries. It’s just a way to use your own children to weave an insidious narrative around marginalised groups who don’t conform to your traditional values.
It is not what's been said about gay men for centuries.

Homosexuality had its swings across the centuries, from being seen as "perverted and abnormal" to being perfectly normal and acceptable.

In the Roman empire homosexuality was normal.
One emperor (forgot who) declined men as lovers and was deemed "not normal" for just wanting women.

In ancient Greece it was normal for male teachers and their male scholars to engage in sex, only during certain age so it wasn't "inappropriate" (ie p*edophilia or indeed, as adults, homosexuality).

To say that homosexuality was always perceived as a negative is wrong.

Is someone going to answer my question about why it's not ok for women with previous male inflicted trauma to not want to share toilets with trans women with penis?

It wasn’t that long ago that everything you and many are saying on here was being said about gay and lesbian people. Utterly uneducated and hate filled vitriol.
So you think it's ok for men to insist that that they are women just because they want to be seen as women? And they viciously attack any woman who dares to disagree. You've been brainwashed by mysoginists.

I’ve literally never seen a transman telling men to ‘suck my man pussy’ but ‘suck my lady dick’ seems to be a common insult online especially towards women. The backlash JKR received was full of those kind of insults and threats of violence

It’s almost like female/male socialisation is difficult to shake.

There are also many women who live in this country from other cultures who would have a major problem with this. I certainly know that some Muslim women would not want a man giving them a smear test or searching them.
yep, i made a post on the gender topic about a situation in my area.

Women only swimming sessions which muslim women attended but they are now open to people identifying as women and to a muslim woman, that person is still Male, so why aren’t their beliefs valid in these cases.

My favourite JK take so far is that she is racist against Irish people because the character Seamus blows up stuff in the film, and this is a reference to an IRA. People genuinely believe this.

that would speak to a male pattern of behaviour from socialization? males in general are more likely to do that right?
Absolutely, as mentioned in JKR's essay (I think) males are shown to retain male pattern violence/criminality compared to female criminality even after transition.

One of the things that upsets me the most is I am supposed to blindly accept and welcome with open arms being called "cis" but if you dare suggest to say anything other than what the trans lobby want you to say you are phobic and vile.

How does that work?

Well, good for her! The details matter. Sick of people, especially journalists (!), misconstruing her actual argument to support theirs.

Women who don’t have periods includes the vast majority of women at some point in their lives, including pregnancy, medical issues, hormonal contraceptives, and menopause. Biological women have never, ever caused a fuss about saying not all women have periods. It’s common sense and shows transwomens’ unreasonable sensitivity about the issue.
Quite right! I'm 52 and cannot wait for my periods to stop, I've been having them since I was 12, I think 40 years is enough thanks,

I think the point about a predatory male will attack anyway is a bit of a strawman. The issue with proposed self ID is that it will make it easier for predatory males to attack, and they’ll have a built-in get out clause if, for example, they’re caught in the women’s loos. In my mind, a similar analogy would be hens kept safely within a hen house, surrounded by wire - a particularly aggressive fox may try to get into the hen house anyway, and may succeed, but does that mean we’d remove the wire as it doesn’t always work?
It is a strawman and it comes up again and again.

Also, with some trans people it would really be hard to tell they are trans, like if I saw Blair White in the toilet I don't think I'd realise they're trans but with others it's more visible, would one be less welcome than the other?
Again, this idea that we’re going to have to enforce “genital checks” in order to admit people to the correct bathroom is a strawman. It assumes that it isn’t possible to tell someone’s sex without it. People like Blaire White are outliers because Blaire has had a ton of facial feminisation surgery (still has 🍆 though). I don’t believe Blaire’s voice sounds female either.

For the 99.9% of trans women who are unable to change their features in that way, there’s no ambiguity and certainly no need for genital checks.

It's confusing because on the one hand there are the baying Twitter mobs, and then in my daily life the vast majority of people are gender critical/bemused by the whole 'self-ID' thing. Which gives me hope. But then I remember that most institutions, companies, and establishments have drunk the Stonewall/Mermaids kool-aid, and I lose all hope.

I can’t get my head round how much hatred they have towards women compared to men with the same opinions. Is it simply a case of they hate women because they desperately want to be us and know deep down they never ever will? Their hate is so violent and deep that it frightens me.

In my eyes

I think regardless of being trans you’re genetically the gender you were born into. It’s the mind that believes it’s the gender they think they are. But honestly, leave them be.

I get what JK meant and I don’t like her or HP at all.

But deep down if I had a kid and it ended up trans of course I’d love my child but I don’t think I’d ever be on board with it.

Gay or lesbian - fine.

But I don’t know I just find trans so bizarre. I always have, I don’t wish harm on them but it’s just odd.

And a lot of teenagers are bandwagoning it now which is dangerous because by the time they’re nearly 25 majority will change their mind. It’s all what’s on trend with some.

I do believe there is genuine trans people but a lot of young girls are cutting their hair and wanting to be gay men because of anime character or video game characters because of popular online gay pairings in fandoms.

And then you’ve got the beauty industry. I always had my suspicions on Nikki and good for her I guess.

But it kinda saddens me how the beauty industry online is now male dominated

The fashion world.

It’s all men telling women what to do. Depressing.

What is this melodramatic shit about not wanting transwomen to exist? Do we just say our words, and they disappear into the ether in a puff of smoke?

They can do what the fuck they want. Just keep their male bodies and male pattern criminality AWAY from women and children.

Yaniv is NOT an isolated incident. That is an utter lie. There is an entire subreddit, r/thisneverhappens , dedicated to recording such crimes.

One that springs to mind is Karen White, a convicted bepenised rapist and paedophile who was put in a women’s prison, and who, surprise surprise, sexually assaulted his fellow inmates.

Another is teenage transgenderist Katie Dolatowski, who attempted to sexually assault a 10 year old girl in a women’s public toilet.
and what about the pedophile in the news at the moment, who transitioned in prison and was allowed to be released as he assured everyone that now he is a woman, he is much less likely to rape little boys?

I wish all the women who think we’re the dangerous and twisted ones would wake up and see we’re trying to protect ourselves, our daughters, our mothers, our sisters, our children... and you!
