It’s quite legal to both flexi school and home educate in England. There are also provisions that offer specialist dyslexia support at primary level near us that mean kids split 3 morning with them instead of the primary school. Unfortunately schools in England don’t always provide the extra support some children need, so flexi schooling can be great at allowing therapy and specialist learning to be done to help them.

That’s great for kids with Dyslexia. I’m not remotely against additional provision for kids with additional needs. I hadn’t realised Teddy had any other than his mothers anxiety & being a bit shy. I didn’t realise you could half school & half home school though. I thought it had to be one or the other, mostly as there aren’t enough school places. I’d have also always assumed if you felt strongly enough to homeschool, you’d do it full time!
There are very few schools that will do flexi school, as it’s at a head teacher’s discretion, so is school dependent. Home education isn’t always about feeling strong about it, people home educate for many reasons, my best friend is home educating after primary. It was something she thought of over lockdown but wasn’t even really on her mind to actually do, but ultimately it was what her child needed when the time came. I’d love to be able too if I didn’t work full time! Just that freedom would be amazing

Yes they were. She used to bring him a packed lunch, but they weren’t having an affair
I dont understand why she posts this every day. It’s like anyone else posting on insta every day , ofc to work. She really thinks she’s special going out to be a carer now. They must need that wage to get a mortgage or a rental when they’re kicked out this year

It’s funny that she constantly posts about it. I know a fair few people who work as carers but nobody who goes on about it like she does.
I know they were in trouble with the school they worked in but I wonder was it serious enough for it to leave them unemployable in the school system. Very odd that they wouldn’t return for job security & term time work to be with the kids when they’re off school. From what they’ve said on their stories in the past, they really seemed to enjoy it.
I remember in lockdown Jen did some bits online helping people with homeschooling and even on here people were saying how she was obviously passionate about it and was good(I can’t comment as I didn’t watch) so it does seem weird not to go back into education, even if not teaching something like tutoring or doing sessions for home educated kids during the day.
I do have to wonder if the actually... got intimate when at work 
My neighbours ex husband was a teacher and had an affair with another teacher from his school... he is now headteacher at that school! It must have been something bad for them to be blacklisted from schools in the area

Yes it’s a Church of England primary. Jens exes house they live in is actually directly opposite to the side entrance of the school like literally opposite..
Even if they got kicked out of one school, that doesn’t necessarily mean they couldn’t get jobs in other schools. It depends on a number of things really - whether they left willingly of their own accord after a warning, if the school launched a proper misconduct investigation & whether it was upheld. You can be ‘struck off’ for gross misconduct & be banned from teaching completely. If you were just asked firmly to leave & left, you could carry on teaching. I imagine that would depend on what you get caught doing. Kissing in a classroom or word getting around about your affair, a school may just tell you to go. But it’s not gross misconduct. That’s for way more serious tit that affects the safeguarding of the children.
I always really wish I could write what I know about them leaving the school, I am an immediate family member of someone senior at the school at the time. But I’d give myself away… which doesn’t really matter to me, but it would to the person the information came from
