I agree it’s too long. He didn’t even allow Isla to say goodbye to her mummy Step dad and brothers . They are heartless and do not put Islas best interest at heart! He twists everything to suit him and his twisted games. He did not want her for years but now it suits him for his “insta stories” he has her and he does it in a way to upset others. One day Isla will see for herself and I hope she tells him where to go!Poor little isla, thinking she would get a lovely Christmas with her dad and brother. But she is really just there for the cheaters to use her as content. Sending lots of love to hannah and her family, who must miss her so much already11 days is a ridiculous amount of time for him to have her for. I really hope his daughter does see him (a lowlife cheat) for what he is when she is older. My dislike for him is growing, I think because his (the cheat) actions reminds me of how my ex behaves. I won’t see my Son for 5 days from 3pm Christmas Day, as that is our court order, so I can’t imagine how painful it will be for Hannah not to see her daughter (or even speak to her mum and step dad - because that’s the type of lowlife, point scoring twit Al is). If he is so damn happy in his life with Saint Jen and his ‘blended family’ why keep point scoring and hurting the mother of your daughter?? I wonder how he would feel if some tit bag bloke behaved the same to Isla??
As much as these two are cheats and liars. I can't imagine they would stop Isla speaking to her Mum, would they? Genuine question as I don't follow them that closely.

I’m assuming this part of some sort of court order? Don’t expect you to go into details though. From my court experience, I can only see a court agreeing to this if it was the same for each side (ie alternate years) Even that said, still hard given the circumstances.
Also, probs done to the troll us tattlers but if this was me with my Ex, I’d be gathering all this type of content to demonstrate their lack of responsibility when caring for my child. Also the lyric couldn’t be more appropriate for these two cheats seeing as Al use to wake up in the wrong bed

that poor little girl. She will miss her mum soooo much too. As if they took her out of school early too. They are actually upsetting Isla a lot more than they realise, I came from a broken home and this time of year was extremely hard even from Islas age

I Hope Hannah takes these heartless guys back to court for a breach of the order! The voice of an expert in family law and you are probably right on the wording. Any reasonable person would stick to when term should have ended and allowed the mother of his daughter to have the time they had planned but this absolute crappy person just took advantage and probably collected her from school without Hannah knowing.

He’s obviously not as happy as he lets on if he has to resort to childish attention seeking behaviour. Someone content with life would just be respectful towards the mother of their child, even if it kills them to do so, it’s about the child not the adults.
