I understood that as Ella got this info in school. They talked about the massacre there (good), and gave them this info (wtf, what a tit school is that?). If you want to rub some political message about gun control into kids, surely you can do it without telling them - children - that they're more likely to be next? Is Ella still in that elitist overexpensive school?
Oh god, she really is a ghastly woman. Popped out for a "quick drink"? She looks hammered in that video. And her kids are "upset"? Why not be like a normal parent and ask them what's wrong, rather than grabbing your phone and pouting your way through a drunken, self-pitying post to your thousands tens of adoring followers?

My day starts at 2 AM and, for me, it feels like it ends at sunrise because my father wakes up at sunrise. I have 15 minutes to enjoy my day, ugh.
The bit about Ella threatening to call CPS on her father really gets to me. Because it’s evil—and, wait, I’m not calling Ella evil. I’m calling Alice evil for being so manipulative and so cruel as to condition a CHILD to threaten her father with something so serious that would, in legitimate circumstances, get him into deep trouble professionally & personally, and harm him emotionally. (Not to mention the fact that you’re making your child ignorant to what privilege means/looks like in comparison to children who are, I dunno, suffering in ways far more severe than not being able to go to their fave school anymore. Just a thought!)
Obviouslyyy, CPS would have done sweet duck-all because not being allowed to attend an expensive school you like isn’t child abuse…but for me it’s just the idea that Alice implied to Ella that it was indeed abusive, and told this young girl that she supposedly has the power to ruin his life and break his heart. I can’t imagine the hurt Ioan felt when that threat was tossed at him. On the one hand, it’s so ridiculous and laughable with context, but on the other, its implications are horribly painful and proves that Alice is using her children as tools of intimidation.
I really hope Ella crawls out of her mother’s grip—preferably sooner than later, but if it must be later, then please just let it happen at all.

. Then she left them alone for 2-3 hrs and went out drinking with a friend. Then she makes a video with said child standing next to her acting confused as to why this child would dare be upset. JFC Alice wtf is wrong with you?

It feels like she is determined to bring every kid issue on IG to cash in compliments for being a great mom (it proves the opposite) or to get people to trash Ioan. if not for not being in their lives, then not for talking to Alice, who then has to of course ask her very smart IG fans for "advice" instead, that's pretty much the implication in her caption.

sorry this is off topic, I wondered if you, or anyone in fact could help. Granny is still with us, however when she is asleep she cries for "mum" hundreds of times at night when she is asleep. Is there anything we can do to help? Has anyone any experience of this? She has no recollection in the morning.
I am so sorry that you are having to go through this @tilly27. My heart goes out to you and your Mum as we went through this with my darling mother in law. The doctor told us that it was her dementia that made Mamgu cry out like this. it was far more distressing for us, especially my husband, than it was for her. Mamgu had no recollection that she had been crying out. Also, during the day she often believed that she had friends, but mostly relatives, downstairs and she was issuing orders to us to prepare food, then wanted to get up. Mamgu was bedridden by then. I’m so very sorry that I dont have a solution for you, I don’t know if medication might help. I took comfort that in general she was in a happy place, and was cheerful while awake. It’s a difficult condition for families to deal with so please know that I’m here for you any time and am supporting you from a distance while sending you a great big virtual cwtch. My favourite word in Welsh, it means hug. Take care. 
a child that threatens you with CPS, records you because you are teaching her to say thank you (to prove abuse?) and hacks your IG to ruin you is also very dangerous. Alice also mentioned provocating messages and that Ioan sees her as abusive, so there is probably more. Obviously not the kids fault (though in 5-10 years no one will care about how it got to this), but I would be scared in Ioan's shoes to be alone with her too, I would be genuinely scared that she'd claim that he did something that actually requires CPS (motivated by mom obviously, she set the foundations with implying that he is into child pornography), which is why I wouldnt be too surprised if he decided to let the time do the healing.Bore da, friends. Alice has gone crazy. And I don’t mean that lightly or insultingly or whatever. Nothing, save nothing, in her behaviour & in the way she is living her life is neither normal nor healthy any more (if indeed it ever was).

every time fascinating how stuff that remotely relates to Ioan (divorce etc.) get her so much more engagement than stuff that has nothing to do with him. As Alice said once "it must be hard to be someone's girlfriend ex-wife"
