I’ve thought this for a while, but every now & then something is posted, or the time it is posted, just doesn’t quite “fit”! But I first had suspicions when she started calling us Turds incels. If it’s not Alice then it’s someone with a very similar personality & who shares the same interests/views!!!

At the moment, there are over 100 comments. One of them caught my eye. A woman mentioned that her boyfriend's ex used Our Family Wizard to harass him and her, and that the social worker who reviewed the messages recommended the ex not get custody due to an inability to co-parent. Taking into account we're all anonymously chatting online and anyone can say anything, it makes me wonder if it's routine to have a social worker review OFW messages and make recommendations. Does anyone know if this is the case?

Ioan’s lawyer also receives the OFW wizard messages she sends him; it’s in the supporting material. So it seems possible that others can be added to an account to monitor it. That’s what OFW is about - trying to keep communications neutral in a volatile, high conflict situation. So I could definitely see a social worker having access.

IG pays/paid for AE's wi-fi and cell phone service so he is in fact the 'owner' of that account.

Might his lawyer request of twitter/other any user accounts that reflect the same IP(address) as AE's main account?
This could identify all of her twitter sock accounts and show other sources of abusive behavior.

I know which bloke screams ‘Incel’ to me. I can tell just by reading his words, and his face does look like someone you’d see on the news for something specific.
That’s all I’m sayin’…

The only thing that interests me is how "bad" those lawyer letters were that Alice keeps complaining about, she said on twitter that they are so bad that she is sure that Ioan will never take her to court because those letters going public would ruin his reputation. But....given that she sees all his super polite mails as abusive I'm not holding my breath.

I also look forward to the judge's response to her conspiracy theories. Will he believe her that the people attacking her can only be Ioan or people close to him because they knew info apparently only he knows (that's a lie, she tweeted everything herself, so I hope Ioan's lawyer is on top of it because a judge who knows tit about this situation might be easily mislead here)

I'm all for giving someone a second chance but I don't see myself ever liking her because I don't think she's got it in her to hold her hands up and admit that she's behaved appallingly. I'd actually have some respect for her if I thought she was genuinely sorry but she still thinks she's entitled to behave this way.

The way she's abused/threatened/harassed Ioan and all the cruel remarks she's made about Bianca's disability is bad enough but her kids are the ones she's hurting the most which makes her the worst kind of person in my eyes. She can bang on about how much she loves them more than Ioan, but sorry, she didn't even love them enough to put them first! She's already done them so much damage and that's the hardest thing to forgive.

The only way for Alice ever to change is if she has no enablers left. Ioan enabled her bad behavior in the 2000s, since 2014 it's done by her twitter groupies. She will never change until she sits down, thinks about her behavior, doubts her approach (even a Narc does) and doesnt then have somebody say "no no, YOU are right"

Will that ever happen? I doubt. At least as long as she engages online.

I'm sure they will be able to do this either way given that she is currently under a TRO and thus every suspicion of her using an alt to harrass them would be granted by a court to be investigated.

Thanks for looking that up. The situation that I'm questioning may be slightly different. Your link shows how you can give OFW access to your attorney or other professionals. I'm asking whether it's routine for a social worker to review OFW correspondence without the intervention of either party. I'm wondering if it's an automatic part of the process in cases with a high level of conflict. Of course, it would behoove Ioan to ask that a child welfare advocate be involved.

I fully believe Malice didn’t get a job mainly because she was a drunk and couldn’t hold down a job or couldn’t continue to drink if she got one. That and she’s lazy like other Tattlers said.

I feel for Ioan. There nothing worse than stale beer/wine breath if you are sober or have stopped drinking. Imagine him waking up next to her in all her glory after her usual nighttime drinking. Phew.

You misunderstand. A judge would have the authority to *order* her into a mandatory treatment program or order a psychiatric assessment if they deemed it necessary. This is my understanding. Hopefully our legal eagles can weigh in with further details. @sweetandsour2022

Am not sure about US law, but in the UK a judge can 100% order this, if you refuse (even though you technically cant!) you'll likely be taken into hospital for a full on assessment; after all if you're not mentally incompetent/danger to others/yourself why would you refuse a full review
