Ioan describes other abusive behavior since January 25, 2021. Ioan requested that communication be limited to topics relating to their daughters. Alice ignored this request. Ioan stopped taking Alice's phone calls around March or April 2021 because of this. Alice then started to text Ioan frequently. He rarely responded "in an effort to avoid conflict." Some of the texts are attached to Ioan's declaration.
Excerpts from texts:
March 24, 2021: "8 o'clock return for Elsie or I will raise hell...that includes calling the police if I need to...I think you have seen what lengths I am prepared to go to to protect my children. You have seen it at Wagon Wheel and you have seen it at Third Street...if somebody hurts them there is no END to what I will do."
April 10, 2021: "I am being paid upfront for a book about the village you grew up in and how you and Math's families hated each other, and course (sic) how your Mom had never grown out of a child's mentality...Do all you want to stop its release...But I plan to reveal your Mother's hideous actions to the whole world, in the hope that it will help somebody else."
April 16, 2021: "NO, NO bleeping WAY are you taking MY kids to spend Christmas in Wales. NOT EVER. You may as well get that into your head now."
April 17, 2021: "Do you realize how much I have on you, and how little (nothing) I have to lose? If you want to fight I will dedicate my LIFE to fighting you and I will WIN. I am not only the smartest person in the room, but I am also the person who has lost everybody. I have nothing left to lose. So I have ZERO fear. I will share ANYTHING on social media. On July 22, Ioan blocked Alice's number on her phone and sent her a text that day letting her know that, due to her inability to adhere to the agreements they made in Collaboration and Mediation to only communicate about matters concerning the children, he was giving her notice that he is blocking all traditional avenues of communication and moving back to the Our Family Wizard app. He bought Elsie a phone so he could communicate with her directly.

He included a lot of the messages and screen shots of emails, texts and OFW messages. He also notes he has kept recordings of things she has said that he will play in court. So they can try to say he’s lying but …
The day after the Lorraine interview aired, she sent him an email that said only, “Want more?”
Because she doesn't see him as a fully autonomous human being with his own wants, needs and desires.
She only sees him as her possession; someone who looks good at her side; someone who can give her a good lifestyle; and someone she can browbeat and control.
Alice sees herself as the star and important one in a relationship, and everyone else is secondary.
She is claiming she saw the hack an hour after it happened but she was on it and it was on her account within minutes. And we have the screenshots that show this.
He couldn’t co parent without a DVRO imagine the kick offs she would make at exchanges. Not safe.

After reading some of the back and forth between him, her and the kids, I don’t know that he can have a relationship with her. And she says fell in the shower in the autumn (can’t recall the exact date but I thought it was while he was still in France) and the girls called the paramedics to the house. She used that to beat him with, that they didn’t even call their father. So the accident this week is not the first the girls have dealt with.
Well I’m glad to see she herself is happy for everyone to read her messages. Shouldn’t be any problem, in that case.

Thank you @M33L4 for your kind thoughts, it wasn't meant to merail only point out the filth in their heads. I don't know where it comes from - badness. Even if she has a personality disorder and mental illness it still doesn't warrant her behaviour. She has enough self awareness after drinking to go back and delete tweets etc, therefore she must know they are wrong. She knows perfectly well!
