the police would be very unprofessional to laugh about somebody ignoring a no contact order

as for "the DA realized how ridiculous it was" - the DA pressed charges, not Ioan, so the DA definitely saw merrits in the case. most of the time they do nothing

His daughter was the one who refused to see him. When a visit was finally arranged, she had a meltdown, threw the world's biggest tantrum, and ran away. Then, she filed for a restraining order against him.

Clearly, their relationship is damaged--of course he wants some professional help in trying to repair it. How is this so difficult to grasp?

That's not even true. It's clear that insurance email had more to it. What she shared with her minion group and what they posted showed that there were 3 pages admitted as evidence. They conveniently only posted part of it. I assure you that the West Hollywood Detectives, some of whom I personally know, did not build an entire case around the single act of CC'ing the insurance and then submit it to the DA who then chose to prosecute. I can only imagine what she wrote.

And the DA didn't move forward with prosecution for a myriad of reasons. No violation found would mean she was tried and found not guilty. That did not happen. I have contacts in the DA's office as well given the fact I have myself worked with them on my own RO case and have been to court as an advocate for others (an actual hands on one, not Loopy level bullshit) so I have a bit of experience with how this works.

I won't be surprised if there is another criminal charge in the future and that the DA chooses to prosecute. Just a hunch. Time will tell.

So let me get this straight.

Ioan was granted a DVRO. Alice repeatedly violated the DVRO, and as per its terms, the police were finally notified for a breach.

I can't see a NARCISSISTIC WASTE OF PUBLIC MONEY here.



However, it's fine for Alice to threaten to call the police when she doesn't get her own way, is it?

I kicked my ex H out because he DID and MOST DEFINITELY cheat ( I had loads of proof of this ). Did I ever for one second stop him seeing his child?? Nope. Didn’t even enter my head.

I’ve told my story here about my other ex, “Father” to my eldest, here before and I can’t face recounting it today BUT AGAIN he was allowed to see her. The reason she hasn’t spoken to him in nearly a decade is because he’s a narc cunt just like you A, and not because of anything I had said or done to damage that relationship. He did that all on his own, and eventually she realised.

I also want to add that when the DA is sent a file for a case from the Detectives, they decide whether to build and prosecute a case or not. It is essentially out of the victims hands.

IG and BW are not God like beings that have the power to control the police, detectives, or DA. There is a DVRO that she has breached since it's creation. It is meant to be enforced. Period.

Pro tip for the minions: you are being grossly mislead. And if this was IG and he was the one with the DVRO you would be railing at every turn for him to be prosecuted for every possible breach. Sexism hurts everyone.

Remove the blinders and educate yourselves on domestic violence and domestic abuse. This narrative about anything less than physical violence is nonsense and minimizes the trauma of abuse victims.

Ioan strikes me as one of those men who provides for his children and wouldn’t be “too good” to be serving at a drive-thru on the Merthyr bypass. if better work weren’t forthcoming I mean.
