She's so melodramatic.yeah, she mentioned it around the time of Bianca reveal when somebody showed her that Bianca is following his brother Alun, Dafydd was in the screenshot too, and she immediately went full betrayal on him "knowing all along about Bianca" since she asked him for help etc and how cruel it is. Later that day she mentioned having contacted one of the betrayers too and that they said they had actually helped her and feel unfairly treated by her (something along those lines), no idea if this was him too but I assume so.

Ioan filed for divorce in March 2021. Wasn't this around the time Alice took her daughter to tour the affluent academy and enrolled her for the 21-22 academic year? He was already leaving, but it seems she wanted to make sure his money wasn't going with him.Yep. It was obvious from those original messages from Alice to Ioan what she was up to and I noted at the time that line of even if it was just one year. What an odd thing to write! Why put you kid into an elite school only to drag them out after a year? Conclusion - Someone who was trying to financially tie their partner so they couldn’t afford to leave and rent somewhere else because if they did their child was going to be hurt and angry. Which is what happened of course.

I do believe the school fiasco was less about Ella and more about keeping Ioan tied to her financially. Think about it. Though the whole process she knew they couldn't afford it. The whole time! Talking about it, doing the tour, all of it. The icing on the cake was being able to use this ruse, which greatly upset Ella, to shame her dad publicly. I totally knew she wasn't serious when she started talking about getting a job. Oh, and then the line about going even if it was for just one year. Who does that? Makes their kid start a new school for one year, for no good reason? Of course, she's now doing the same with Elsie, changing schools knowing her lease will be up long before the semester is over. So fucking cynical! Ioan either pays for a BH place for Alice or his daughter is screwed over...

That last paragraph is particularly interesting. Alice seems to think she's entitled to everyone's love and adoration simply because she is Alice. But at the same time that paragraph shows how manipulative she is and how insecure deep down she is, that she has to love bomb people into liking her. And that nobody has rights in relationships is just outright chilling.First highlight - this is one of my favourite Alice insults. She actually insults Ioan for being a careful driver!
Second highlight - on a darker note, she actually says people in relationships don't have any rights.

"Learning ways to make people attracted to you" sounds incredibly manipulative and narcissistic.
Such a loathsome thing to do to her child. She engineered a scenario that filled her kid with excitement, all the while knowing it was far out of their financial reach and simply a charade intended to spite someone else.
Ah that coercion right there, she was still trying to reel him back into the lair back then.
