When Sali Hughes released her IG video about Tattle "bullying" there was a conversation with her and IK on Twitter and IK said (paraphrasing) they're just jealous because you're pretty and they probably have faces like sides of beef. She also said we were "married incels" and "skidmark people"

I’m still utterly shocked by the whole thing, the offences, the mitigation of drinking and relationship, the sentencing, the absolute lack of appropriate press coverage, and the continued access on one hand to a column that never mentions the situation and on the other to the fact that, I’m repeating my own words, a convicted paedophile sex offender is still PUBLICLY using social media. God knows what’s going on in private use.

When you think of the absolute witch hunts there have been of people in this country over less, it’s just absolutely nauseating. I am so cross.

Absolutely this. I actually came on here to say: IS THAT IT?? He carries on as a free man, pratting about with attempts at political comment on Twitter. She carries on with her witless columns. Without even an acknowledgment from either of them. And, crucially, most followers/readers of both unaware about the CSE conviction. All in plain sight.

It increasingly seems that the best method in public life of any sort is ‘Never apologise, never explain.’ That this is working for Joyce and Knight right now is really worrying. No adequate consequence legally, on social media or in the press.

Yes! For example remember Christopher Jeffries, around 10 years ago he was wrongly accused of murdering his young female tenant in Bristol. He was absolutely raked across the gutter press because he looked a bit eccentric. His life was ruined by this apparently. And he was totally innocent.

I HATE when people say this, it’s so daily mail, as if appearances can reveal something like this. It always reminds me of people like ted Bundy and how the reaction seemed to be shocked that someone good looking could be a criminal it also just lures people into a false sense of security imo

Off topic I know but.... India was sporting a fabulous new do in this weekends ST courtesy of a little know hairdressers......Hershesons. It was accompanied by a before picture. High maintenance hair extensions prior to lockdown had left India with matted hair, dreadlocks in her own words. It was pointed out in the comments section that just a few weeks ago India has written about a hair product, used through lockdown, that she proclaimed had left her with silky smooth hair Very different from the matted mess in the before picture. Someone also noted this was the second hair feature featuring Hershesons in this weeks ST

I'm still so furious at how little outrage and condemnation there's been of Eric Joyce. He said it was a spam email. Ok, if we believe that, then why didn't he immediately report it to the police? He could share the original spam email, which might even help police track down the children. If it were me I'd do anything to try to help the police, because I'd know I was innocent and there is no other evidence of me searching for abuse online. Even if I was really drunk.

I assume you can tell how many times the link was clicked on and watched? It's utterly vile.
