I think I’m going to have to report that tweet. That poor woman! Imagine being such an absolute danger that you think these personal and private details of other people are yours to share with the world because you’ve been through the same thing.
Can you imagine the hell there would be to pay if this woman shared oversharer Sarah’s full name and the area she lived in?
ETA: I’ve just seen her tweet that she thinks this is absolutely fine because “it’s a big county”. There’s absolutely no hope for her is there? You can lead a horse to water etc etc. Imagine thinking sharing someone else’s story of abuse is perfectly fine.

Not the first time. How does anyone with alleged chronic health conditions not prioritise the very basics required for them? Prescription collections, over the counter stuff…genuinely have no clue how these people function (well, in this case there is complete dysfunction, I know).
no proper cooking (’forgets’ the main ingredient to a recipe on her very many Asda trips in their borrowed mobility scooter) no proper routines, washing uniform in the early hours of the day they are needed, no bus passes til half way through the term, no forms filled in for years, no urgency around supporting her own health needs.
Sarah is easily the most dysfunctional adult I have even come across and it’s baffling she has managed to stay alive and upright on this planet as long as she has.

But she’ll be ready when she gets her masters? If chronic illness is preventing you from working, how will achieving a qualification alter that?
She’s already told us. She’ll only work if she gets a career with a generous salary. Nothing to do with illness. “Living relatively comfortably on benefits because it’s more financially advantageous to me than working would be” wouldn’t be so good for the beg, would it?

Gaslighting is every cranks go-to about why they can't get along with someone now. They rarely use it correctly. It's a catch-all excuse for them being an abrasive sweat who thinks friendships work one way.

The way she's going on endlessly about that spaghetti thing just shows that it's the only thing she's 'cooked' in years. I'd love to see what they all eat in a normal week. Truly, and I mean this, good for her if she's decided to start doing some meal planning and cooking - it's what we've been saying for ages - but there are so many resources she could be using (free) rather than asking a quite large Twitter audience who clearly have her on mute.

My periods keep me on the loo and in bed. I have to wear 3 pads, incontinence pants, I have designated clothes and bed sheets for when I'm on. I get contractions and leg pains and it's debilitating and depressing. The last thing I feel like doing is Tweeting all day.
Docs were reluctant to do anything about periods as they'd sort themselves out when I have kids. I'm now perimenppausal and get told it will fix itself after menopause. Fucking miserable. She can have mine and I'll have her Tweeting, taxi taking periods in return.

She’s already said at least twice “if these don’t work it will be a transfusion” (it won’t. What she means is an iron infusion, they only give you a blood transfusion if you are significantly low and you cannot wait for the liquid iron to take two weeks to make haemoglobin). I think we all know she won’t take the tablets because getting an iron infusion will get her more attention. We might think we have stopped the beg but someone on Twitter brought her a “hot plate” so it’s quite obvious the sob stories are to benefit the people she is conning via DM. What a shit person.
