I find it odd that Blozza, who occasionally likes to support women’s aid for her own gain and is known to cash in, hasn’t mentioned the campaign fronted by Mel B, for a video so powerful, you’d have thought she would have mentioned that but nope, she’s only got time to pop on and talk about her gifted holiday which conveniently, isn’t marked correctly and properly disclosed as an ad.

Oh FML, gifted a free stay at Watergate Bay Hotel. This hotel is always fully booked and ridiculously expensive - but they hand out freebies to all the usual suspects and it pisses me right off, gifting to those that can afford a holiday when the place is fully booked anyway. The only consolation is that she hasn't struck a gloriously warm and sunny weekend - although I'm sure her smug as duck pictures will make it look like she has.

I wonder if she makes Col wear one too? They must look a sight in their matchy-matchy ‘uniform’, a Boden version of those families that go to Disney in the same t-shirts so they don’t get lost.
The caption on the grid post is deliberately misleading with ad hidden in the text toward the bottom. Not nice and clear at the beginning with a # or in the banner at the top of the photo. Same in stories, her declaration in that thin, weasely white font on an area with a pale background. It’s right up her street as an ad, the lifestyle porn of her dreams, she should be proud that she’s attracting that sort of ad opportunity. It’s the sort of thing she’s on the beg for 24/7!

Agree - it was a current photo. It was the same top she was wearing when meeting friend to go to Pilates, and then she filmed the place where the they went for a walk afterwards, and then posted that photo of her with her Pilates bag on the grid. She’s always posting photos of herself. She’s full of herself.

Blozza, allow us to tell you how to do your job. Firstly, from the moment you begin to discuss the hotel, you mark it as ad/gifted stay, especially being as you are currently on location. You must then mark it on every single story and at the start of the ad, not in the middle, the start. And, when your gifted break is over, you still have to continue marking it as so because technically, you have now worked with them although she can now add that you have part for that part of your break.
A bit like when you mark all your ads with Jo Malone or Bobbi Brown, because you know, you’ve worked with them. Or are you just embarrassed now that you’ve conned yourself into an expensive holiday when so many are struggling.
Although she’s at least marked it once or twice, Allison Sadler on the other hand, must have slipped her mind.

These hotels and restaurants must not be logical in their thinking!
If you book up all these rooms/tables and "give them away" to bloggers, instajournalists, instagrabbers all the rime. Then you have no paying guests. Then you figure why you are losing money and you decide to put prices up/charges loads. And then people dont/ cant book..... So then you decide to give away more free stays to instagrabbers to drum up more publicity...... No one is winning here, just the instagrabbers....
I really like the look of the water gate bay and would book a few nights, but its always fully booked, and fkng expensive..... Its probably full of blogger staying. See my problem.....

If it’s full of vapid narcissist wannabes filming their every move then you’re definitely better off staying elsewhere anyway!
Places like Watergate Bay surely don’t need to use influencers, they’re special all on their own. I feel they sully themselves by using them for easy/cheaper advertising and ultimately it devalues the brand ie white company/Boden

oh I’m so annoyed with all these vapid insta grabbers blagging free holidays, my husband and I book here every year and it totally pisses me off that these beggars get it for free, we are both key workers and save up hard for this and this year we couldn’t get it in coz it was fully booked, so I’m absolutely fuming she’s there for free!! It’s about time Instagram got rid of all fake follower accounts so companies can see who actually has genuinely big follower numbers who will actually generate sales for them. The majority of Lauren’s followers that comment on her sales (sorry Ad) posts are big accounts themselves who also blag freebies or can afford to go to these places themselves. It’ll be interesting to see how much business these vapid grabby bastards actually make the companies they do ads for. I for one will not buy from a company that gifts to so many of these accounts, it puts me off! I also will not take any of their recommendations seriously when next week they peddle something else which is the next best thing!! I’m totally pissed off with this! I’m glad I’m not going to watergate this year! They’ll never get my business again!

Also the coat and jumper she has been wearing, and she has now aff linked (how kind of her), to advertise her stay at W Bay should also have been marked as AD/gifted the whole time she was wearing them and every time from now on. It is not ok to declare this in a swipe up only when answering dm’s about where it is from! I would not feel good about myself if everywhere I went and everything I wear I hadn’t paid for.
