The mind boggles over what could be in the emails. It could be fact checking things like dates of events but obviously large passages of that book were cut as they were probably libellous. Surely the bulk of those emails would be editing content
I wonder if Harold ever tried some bribery and said he wouldn't publish the book if he was given a very large sum of money
(although he was desperate to get his story out thinking that everyone would side with him).I wouldn't be surprised if KC3 tries to get the whole trial stopped (behind the scenes of course) because he couldn’t be seen to do that openly.
Harold is an embarrassment to himself and the royal family. He has no idea about confidentiality and discretion and is an utter disgrace of a man. A snivelling whiny baby who buys himself 'awards' to make himself look important.
Harold has 2 missions in life; to get back his top level security and to destroy the freedom of the British press, pissing off his family is an added bonus. The press already self censor themselves to stop him launching another law suit against them in the name of St Diana. It's funny that the comments section on the Harkles in the Mail isn't censored any more though as I remember it being more heavily moderated in the past. The Mail seem to let anything through these days
I long for the day when Harold's lies are exposed and someone puts an end to him getting away with everything. I guess he might run out of money eventually but it's taking far too long for my liking

I'm struggling to get my head round all this...but obviously, the confusion and deceits are the norm where the stoats are concerned. Even the judge wants a clear explanation from him in writing, in his own words.
Some random thoughts
Stoat is mentally stuck in teenage - he just can't get his headround how things work and have to be done in the grown-up world.
Stoat's brain is so addled by all the substances he's ingested that he can't think straight whilst the lying and deception are the norm (apparently) for addicts.
Throw in a monumental pile of entitlement and privilege -he just doesn't grasp that, in the grown-up world, he simply cannot get away with this BS, and that the law is expected to be applied without far or favour.
All this litigation is one mammoth tantrum...the sort of tantrum that he's thrown on his family and been indulged all his life?
But i'm actually gobsmacked at the huge volume of emails between him and Royal staff....
36000?? In what period? 2021- 2023? Over the 5 years+ since he left the RF? Since his early-mid 20s?
i'm beyond gobsmacked that he's obviously been in frequent contact with the staff and ? his father? and during all that time stoat and ho have been churning out all their drivel. WHY did they not stop him? Tell him that he must stop using them for PR purposes and lying about everything? Why couldn't they just speak together privately like normal folk?
I feel very let down by pa and his staff. I feel deceived in a way. All this 'never explain, never complain' stuff, 'greyrocking' and giving him enough rope to hang himself with is all revealed as bollocks!
What are they ALL covering up?

I thought the time period was 2014 onward.
The 36,000 are not all to royal staff.
And I suspect a lot of them with be email chains with the content amounting to 'k'.
If it is that wider time period the emails to the palace may well be about such weighty topics as the woman upstairs allowing hair clippings to blow in his window.
Also, - without knowing the details of the case -
when he sued last time - the Mirror, I think - wasn't it shown that some of what he claimed was hacking was in fact...
a) common knowledge
b) leaked by himself
