I saw it and at first thought, it was a clip from one of those Tudor historical shows.. you know the ones, where we see a mock up .of Anne Boleyn in a quiet contemplative moment before waiting to be beheaded on the scaffold....

What on earth is it meant to represent....who goes out wearing that kind of outfit in real life?

Okay, now I’ve got that out of my system: even the Guardian is still going on about this bloody photo. I really do wonder if something has happened behind the scenes - that Catherine is a lot more ill than we’ve been led to believe? It just feels like the press is tapdancing all around and on the edge of the issue, using the photo as a pretext to keep the PoW front and centre?

Why is Richard Eden still calling for Thompson to be fired? Who identified him? No point in Catherine "protecting" him if he's been outed as the person who made the photoshopping mistake. This doesn't make any sense to me.

It’s just good old fashioned bullying. White middle aged men feel that they’re entitled to a woman’s private medical info and are throwing a tantrum because they’re not allowed.

Kate's surgery wasn't a big deal...I mean the aftermath of it is.
She could have suffered a GBS bout post surgery. It's still nobody's business, even if it could explain the photograph controversy.
The Palace PR team including the ''spin doctor'' they hired recently, cleverly disguised as ''Diplomat'' better make sure that she appears ...fast after Easter.
A 4:1 battle vs the all mighty US media, is not something that they can win, the consequences of concessions are now showing that ''smugness'' can work ,when the US media isn't involved, otherwise it...fails.
Additionally the delusion of the British Media that they are anything more than useful tools, is comical.

American Riviera Orchard sounds ostentatious. The Tig was actually quite a good name. It’s short and snappy.

Yes.

Personally I think the Waleses should dump the idea of having a "slick" PR person with US-style ways of working.

IMO right now they need a right old ruthless fucker getting in people's faces on their behalf. I doubt KC3 and the BP team are going to do anything constructive to support them.

So you need someone who'll be a b if they have to.

An Alastair Campbell or a Dominic Cummings type.

Especially if the Harkles are sniffing around for a UK PR.

Get ahead of them.
