It is really interesting as it makes Kate seem like the "relatable" and approachable one. And Meghan seems like the high maintenance snob.

We've never heard horror stories from Kate and Will's staff yet there are many about Meghan. Like you said, there's got to be some truth to how difficult she is.
Definitely but I also think there's something to be said about how much any negative stories about the future king of England and his family would be squashed, if there were any.

I'm not a fan of the Kate vs Meghan narrative myself, they don't have to like each other just because they married brothers, as far as I'm concerned as long as they're polite and civil, they can do what they want. There's a narrative in the media in which women in the same circle can either be "sisters" or "enemies", instead of simply civilised people who don't hang out because they don't have anything in common.
personally I would have thought Meghan would have seeked out Kate's advice about this new part of her life (royal spotlight etc), but she may be a little too up her own high horse to ask for advice!

I think that the press just loves to find faults with the royal family and at the moment is loving running stories on Meghan.

Kate at one time before marrying Will was seen as a freeloader who didn't work. They made fun of her 'common' family who didn't quite understand royal protocalls. I think her mum referred to the toilet as the loos in front of the queen.

Fergie was always treated pretty badly by the press and seen as less then compared to Diana but that doesn't even compare to the hatred Camilla used to face.

Its also easy to be family orientated when your family (who we can't choose) are not money grabbing mats who keep selling stories on you.

I personally like Kate but I wouldnt say she is in anyway relatable. My fave royals has always been Zara and Harry coming in 2nd.

If Kate and Meghan weren't sisters in law I doubt they'd have anything in common when you really strip it back.
Kate's very family orientated not just with her own little ones but with her own parents and siblings she's a country girl, outdoorsy builds dens with her kids said on a TV interview recently she has them out in all weathers just playing and exploring and then you've got the polar opposite in Meghan total different family values and up bringing adores the glamour, has showbiz friends, very pushy reputation apparently hypervidulant around the baby etc there's no smoke without fire and the palace insiders all say these two woman are not close as there's not a lot of common ground between them I think it's becoming very clear in royal circles Meghan is not at all popular merely tolerated .
Kate is definitely real outdoorsy where Meghan is soho farmhouse outdoorsy, big difference!

I don’t believe any of the speculation and the stories with the whole surrogate, early etc, that’s just silly.
What is right is- jeans at Wimbledon, the behaviour at Wimbledon with the security and other tennis go-era all caused a Archie Harrison explosive nappy storm, they had quick damage limitation to make up, no one expected to see any of them here. Meg’s has been told to attend quick march to fix the Wimbledon shambles and hasn’t bought everything she wanted and on the whole is uncomfortable.

Kate is class, her demeanour, behaviour, the epitome of what it is to be a royal, I would rather girls fawn over her than Meghan or any celebrities.

I agree. I was surprised to see her at the Polo. We never saw Kate out and about when her babies were that young. Seems like damage limitation over Wimbledon!

Blimey what happened at Wimbledon?!
Apparently she a) turned up in jeans - not allowed in the Royal Enclosure and b) her security told people not to take photos of her as she was there 'in a private capacity'. At Wimbledon. On television. In front of millions.

her security had a go at a guy taking a selfie with the court, thinking he was trying to take a photo of Meghan. Apparently she was there in a private capacity and so requested "no photos" :D
This article sums up what I think about her current behaviour pretty well:

I just read that VIPs were refused entry because she commandeered a whole area (see photos in the article I linked above).
She needs a good talking to.

Thanks for that ... wow, what a complete tool. Hopefully Wimbledon won't let her back in again.

They also had 40 empty seats surrounding her! Wonder if she had to pay for them?

She’s changed so much from the delivery girl on horrible bosses desperate for a break.

Wendy Williams getting in on the royals news now........
Apparently Meghan tried to get a job at the Wendy Show as a model before she married the red head 🤣
I wonder was this before suits.

So Prince Harry threw out reporters at an event? What a dolt.

I used to like him but he and Meghan seem like idiots.

Such a great article! Thanks for sharing!! Meghan is absolutely ridiculous. [emoji2356][emoji2356] Not surprised AT ALL that so many staff members have resigned, she must be a nightmare. [emoji15][emoji51]

Honestly the more stuff comes out about her, the worse I feel for supporting her originally. I have no doubt that some of the early moaning by the media were in part racially motivated (not all the media of course!), but I think it's becoming abundantly clear that she is a pushy social climber who landed a proper whale and is now behaving like a proper cat after putting her feet firmly under the table by having a royal baby.
I'd be very happy to hear this is all fabrication, but I doubt it.

Right. There are too many stories coming out for there not to be some truth to it. Having that whole area to herself is absurd. What a diva. Beyonce goes to the basketball often and she sits among people and allows photos...because she is at a public game.

From that photo it looks like they're not in the Royal Box so what happened to all the people who were booted out of their seats? Centre Court tickets cost a small fortune - did Wimbledon have to bribe people with tickets for next year's final or something? If it had been me I'd have been livid to have been booted out because of her. She's unreal, why not just sit in the Royal Box which is already set up with top security etc because of all the VIPs in it? What an attention seeking idiot.

Don't forget the Nazi uniform incident. He has acted like a gob at times, too.

She wasn't allowed in the royal box because she was wearing jeans - but my understanding is that there is only a royal box on centre court and that she wasn't interested in going there anyway as she was seeing her pal Serena Williams play (I think Andy Murray was playing centre court, I don't really follow tennis).
No idea what happened to the ticket holders, I would have been absolutely fuming! Guessing Wimbledon is currently doing lots of damage control

If she was there to watch Serena she could have sat in the Player's Box. But I guess that would have meant not enough fussing over her.

I really wish Wimbledon had told her to do one. She's set a dangerous president now.

When Kate went the other day she sat on one of the outside courts watching one of the British girls but there were no empty seats near her and nobody was told to not take photos.

Meghan seems to act like some A list superstar. I agree, she could have sat in the players box.
