New money vs old money?
I think possibly part of it. We have some old money friends, and frayed/mended shirts (of excellent quality), re-upholstering the sofas rather than buying new, driving a car for 10-15 years (from brand new), re-using of ENVELOPES (yes, really- while generous to people otherwise), and generally very careful with money is the way they do it. Charles is notorious for re-wearing his clothes, so is Camilla, although admiteddly neither ever looks like a slob, unlike Harry recently...I think if he is not particularly bothered, then by this stage Meeagain won't either, as long as she is shining and in the spotlight.

Maybe the child actor who plays the role of "Archie" is silvertree guy's son?
But in the pic Meghan looks really young and certainly not pregnant and her face doesn't appear to have had the work and fillers. The outfit looks old too.

I thought Elton was her bestie ? I think he’s going to remain dignified for Diana, he’s not taking sides because he does love her boys.

My cousin who knows Kate said he’s so pissed of with Meghan that he’s very tempted to release some goss on her that’s he’s witnesss with his own eyes 🤣

It's very telling that none of the 'big' stars are coming out to defend her such as the Clooneys, Beyonce, Serena or even Elton John. He's been very quiet.

Presumably she has an entire wardrobe from her first onstage "pregnancy", no?
Or wait, she merched those to max the money flow so while chuck paid (her) full retail price and she got a fee for wearing, the items are no longer in her possession.
He looks like he doesn't wash or brush his teeth or hair. His shirt, which used to be carefully tailored and bespoke, looks like crappy fabric and the buttons are struggling agajnst the lazy gut that he appears to have developed. Maybe it is mimicking megsy and it is a sympathy gut. Cuz they're all about sympathy, dontcha know.
Oscar deLa Rental was the (non UK yet again) brand her mother Dorito wore for the oh-so-joyous and expensive gsthering of baffled people.
How much you wanna bet Dorito shows up in the interview.
I'd love it if the choir from her wedding were to re-spill the tea on how they behaved in the run up to the wedding.
So has anyone worked out how he didn't have a gut on the assault course with Corden?

It came up on my feed after watching that guy from the last thread.
I did watch and seriously? They confirmed they hadn't seen the interview and then commented on the interview.
Is this real? Or is there something underhand?
Let's hope it was opinion on the trailers.
I have no idea if it's real, fake, been edited to look a certain way, etc...that's why I was asking if anyone else had seen it. Because to me it did look like they were admitting they hadn't seen the interview but were commenting on the interview ("to be broadcast after the interview is shown on tv") - which, if true, looks dodgy AF. But it could be clever editing by the makers to make it appear that way 🤷‍♀️ I have absolutely no clue 🥴

That picture is just her game playing and attention seeking. Gets her mate to put it on Instagram and then she can go after any media who try and publish it when she’s got the attention she craves
It’s a wonder there’s no steam coming out of her ears with all her scheming going on in her head 24/7!

Just read these comments about M from another site:

She’s a god damn nightmare.
I have worked with at least 6 people now who have worked directly with her on Suits. Not one of them had anything nice to say about her.
I believe all this sh*t

She’s an entitled, untalented, snob who will come crashing down one day.

Have you heard anything like what I was told...that she’d not-infrequently spend an hour or so trying to get attention by any means (making voices she though were funny, pouting, exaggerated laughing to herself so people would ask what was funny) from people who were really busy and on a deadline? They’d have to pacify her in order to get anything done.

Yes I heard things along those lines, that she was extremely difficult and needed to be coddled.
She was specifically rude to anyone who couldn’t benefit her. Ignored crew. She would barely make eye contact with anyone. She had her goals set out achieving fame.
One person told me she she was rude/ignored/mean to POC.. “borrowed” wardrobe all the time for events.
She responded to comments to a director about the cost of her skirt while filming some type of UNICEF commercial in Africa, laughed/mocked that it cost double the price (when he said it could feed a village).

I do believe that photo is of Archie and Silver tree (what a name!!) thought as her and Meghan are BFF's, probably not now though, she was ok to post it, maybe Meghan forgot to tell this "friend" the rules or more likely Meghan told her to post it then quickly remove!??!! I think Meghan looks different in it as her hair is scraped back and she hasn't had her make up done, amazing what contouring can do to a person's nose 😂😂
We will probably get to see Archie anyway on this Oprah bore fest so we will know one way or the other then.

Barely keeping up so sorry if this has been mentioned, but what Meghan is really objecting to is that she wasn't able to break protocol.

She wasn't able to (though still did the asterisked)
  • do an Oprah interview when she was engaged
  • pick and choose her engagements*
  • stand/walk in front of certain people*
  • accept freebies from designers
  • wear the tiara she wanted for her wedding
  • wear items with bad providence (?) like the Saudi earrings*
  • wear pantyhose*
  • wear dark nail polish*
  • wear a non-British designer to Archie's christening*
  • be political
  • etc.
There's a whole list in a Cosmopolitan article here with the introduction:

Though, Meghan Markle has made a mark in royal history and has made a totally new version of a royal icon (and, er, maybe we should be using "royal" in quotation marks, given the fact that Meghan and Harry "stepped back" from their senior royal duties and become financially independent!), and I love it. She's not letting some historic rule stop her from living life the way she wants and looking the the way she feels most beautiful and I am so here for it. Can't wait to see what she does next.
BIB: Does the author not realise that's the whole point? If you sign up for a royal role, you follow and obey protocol because that's the price for public service.

Meghan's core grievance seems to be: they wouldn't let me do what I want. Which really means: they wouldn't let me break protocol. Hence why she was oppressed and miserable and it was "unsurvivable". Utterly ludicrous when protocol is the backbone of the monarchy? Just what is she on? It's insane how she expected to waltz in and have the rules bent and broken to suit her. Though as others on the thread have already pointed out -- breaking protocol in this way and then bleating about how awful it was absolutely plays into her victim narrative, when really, BP was just trying to hold her accountable to rules which the rest of the family follow.

I need a drink...

I think all the big stars are savvy enough to realise that it is better to keep the royal family onside rather than throw support behind a pair of also-rans. Being seen and associated with true royalty brings kudos. The A++Listers will cross paths and be rubbing shoulders with the RF at events in the future. Actors from Suits will not.

Someone pointed out in the previous thread that some people support Meghan now because they’re likely to be bullies themselves and I completely agree. They also try to sell it as ‘American work ethics’ for a women of colour to play the nationality and racism cards.

It’s irrelevant how Meghan has treated her friends, people who are superior or at the same level as her - basically people who have values to her or she can use - because we all know how hypocritical, snobby and vain she is. She markles people who have no use/value to her such as her father. And of course she is extremely nice, kind and friendly to people who she can use for her social climbing and financial benefits.

I am convinced that she has treated her assistants badly and even bullied them. She is arrogant and enjoys having powers and titles beyond others. Unless an ex or current royal staff member comes forward to defend her, defence from her friends holds no value at all.

She’s so fake and for her to preach feminism, equality or even socialism is so disgusting. She’s the exact opposite of those , and she’s just full of hypocrisy!!
I had a friend like that once. She was utterly charming to me- very warm...beguiling almost! She liked the job I do (am a doctor) and referred to it a lot- which always made me feel uncomfortable because I have never given a rat’s arse what people do in life. Am from a very working class background and proud of it.
Anyway we went shopping once and she wiped the floor with a sales assistant. In a real humiliating, relentless way that clearly showed she was just wanting to make them aware she was ‘above them’ (in her eyes). I was so shocked I didn’t do much- apart from start talking to the assistant in a really friendly way to seem like an ally. Feel a bit cowardly about that to this day.
Sorry, long story short- I then began to see who she targeted- waiters, friends that she deemed less high powered than her. Needless to say I stopped seeing her. But it’s a great illustration of how just because some people have had a wonderful experience of MM does not negate others who found her belittling/ bullying.

There are three interview clips released, and it is legitimate to comment based on those, and based on the background briefing coming out via CBS and ITV. Given that Meghan has been seen on camera saying 'The Firm' were 'promoting falsehoods', they could certainly give a general comment based on that. Wouldn't be the first time a film reviewer hasn't seen the whole movie before giving a soundbite.

Russell Myers, Robert Jobson and Angela Levin are watching the programme live (US time) and then commenting afterwards on True Royalty TV at 3am. Russell was talking about how it's going to be a marathon night for him, as he's then on air at 7am on UK TV to discuss it.

I am persuading him to sell his story and make money out of Meghan, he said to me he will see what she’s says on Monday in the interview then let rip if she drops Kate into to it.

what I can tell you though he has confirmed to me Meghan has bullied staff and called them pathetic and that they were not worthy of working for her.
He is going to give evidence on behalf couple of the staff in the bullying investigation.

He also so said Meghan has snapped at one of the Cambridge kids and made them cry so much that they were afraid to go anywhere near her.

Oh and that Prince George doesn’t like Meghan at all🤣.

It is akin to accepting a job as a prison officer and leaving because you weren't allowed to work outside 24/7. Barking.
