Where does the "of the body" bit come into it? There are some odd definitions of offspring mainly concerned with heifers, that could be construed as not necessarily excluding surrogacy, which is a worry.
There's not much about it, no precedents of course, as it's unheard of in British royal history for a Ho to succeed in shoehorning a Billy Bookcase into our Line of Succession. The norm is for people like the Wales family, all above board, birth certificates, breathing, signed by doctors, etc.
But the law is clear

(Hansard again, House of Lords... they are as polite to each other as we are on this thread.)

"In Committee and in a most courteous letter to me, my noble and learned friend Lord Wallace, whom I thank for his handling of the Bill, which has been outstanding, said:

Only a natural-born child of a husband and wife can succeed to the Throne”.—[Official Report, 28/2/13; col. 1217.]"

We could always run her through the body scanners at the airport when she gets escorted by Sophie lol and let Heathrow staff frisk her 😂
That would be hilarious…just think what would show up!
(I’m thinking of the way some drugs get smuggled by women….she could get the Crown Jewels up there..)

No intimate examination by a medic needed, just shine a torch into the yawning chasm.

Thinking about this further - how old was Camilla when Diana died? One thing the Queen would have been very clear on is no further children of Charles by her to mess up the line. If they were from a married second wife of the heir they would have had to be in there. Elizabeth I and Mary I just two examples of that.
Camilla was born in 1947, so she would have been about 50 when Diana died. I suppose children would be possible but not probable if she hadn't frozen her eggs.

You can see the maths at work in that Telegraph article:
Presented 148 articles initially, told to whittle it down and arrived at 33.
Fifteen of those were found to be plausible & £140,600 awarded.
That leaves 115 yet to be decided, and at a 45% success rate that means that there's another 59 cases that could be won meaning a possible additional pay-out of £550,000 to come - ker-ching!
(Of course on the same basis it could mean another £7,000,000 in legal fees...)
I suspect what they aren't telling their client is that they chose the strongest 33 cases (you know, the ones with actual evidence) & so the future success rate may not be as high - "but look what you could win!" and don't look at what we will bill..
Maybe the lawyers can justify their fees …can you imagine trying to explain the intricacies of the law to Harold !?! ….over and over and over …
Plus I bet he was ‘ on the blower’ 24/7 !!!

Isn’t there some rumour that any costs he can’t get back from Mirror group will be met by the Max Mosley Legacy Fund ( through Hacked Off)???

It would be like Mary Poppins unpacking her bag:

NB this is a re-enactment. You can tell because Aldi and Lidl are played by real children 😂

I couldn’t remember offhand the difference in ages - Diana was so young when she died. That obviously wasn’t going to be an issue!

Sami I think you are on to something.
I live outside the metro area with lots of bush so places for the green men 👽👽👽 to hide.
The airline flight paths isn't far from us, and RAF base is just over 2 hours away.

We got a warning that they would be doing night exercises. I kept an eye out for them. You couldn't hear them but I just made out some dark shadows moving across the night sky.

I think they know we are on to them. It took me a while to type this as the spelling of words were changed, the order of words and parts of words deleted.

The world is getting weirder.
Yikes DD! Sounds like you're right in the thick of it! Dark shadows moving across the sky? Silent? Yup. That's them...🛸🛸👽👽 Probably popping into the RAF base for a cuppa!
PS have you updated your browser and emptied the cache then rebooted?

It doesn't help when there are contradictory institutes saying weed is good or bad for MH.

I haven’t seen anything on the news since the late 90s or early 2000s saying it was bad.
That figures. It was that time, late 90s when I met with a Dept for Education official to discuss the escalating drug issues in the schools across our county. Jaw dropped when he told me that they'd changed policy: they would now be teaching kids how to use drugs wisely? FFS. I was sooo angry, especially as my oldest two were just starting senior school. Using drugs + wisely = an insane contradiction!
And here we are....with the king's son a poster manboy for heavy consumption.

He blocked her from writing a book? Uh oh, looks like more fuel for the inevitable divorce. She will not be silent and silenced. Nothing and no one will come between Meghan and her one last pay day. 😄
Wonder what happened to what meghan wants meghan gets. Didn't he say that?

I wonder what the implications are if the Ho had been married twice instead if once, the first to Joe Giuliano? You have to write down on forms the names you've previously had, and on the Ffark birth certificate it was noted Trevor Engelson, but someone said you don't need to list all previous. I think she was married before Trevor, but such a lot has been scrubbed from the internet and information you could find some time back has disappeared, like about Snakebite.

Also why Welby had several private meetings with them, not wedding rehearsals. Something was going on but we were told it was for spiritual guidance. As if. Maybe Welby sacrificed a live cock to try and drive out the demons, but failed.

From what I can see, it's not normally permitted for a divorced person to marry in Church, let alone divorced twice.

That’s what I don’t understand.
Couldn’t marry Charles and Camilla as they had been divorced (although technically he was now a widower) but the twice married trollope could sashay down in her white dress and veil for a third wedding
The CofE's attitude towards remarriage has changed a lot since 2005. It wasn't really the done thing then and it's more common now. This was compounded by the fact that Charles was due to become the Head of the CofE one day.

Apologies if this has been said. Still catching up.

Apparently he sent her the ghost emoji 👻 and she thought he was sooo cute? Or was it the other way round? 🤔

I would really like to know what you all really think of that because my flirting abilities have always been in the negative 😂 my friend showed me her and her ex's messages and I judged her so hard for falling for him. Potential husbands/bfs used to send me messages but I always found them super-boring or cringe (many talked like ol' Bristle-Head). Maybe 4-5 I've actually ever liked talking to.

I'm watching the Beating the Retreat right now as I rush to finish a document that has to be submitted within half an hour. Our National Anthem always makes me cry ❤

Tattle on! ❤
Sending ghost emojis to a prospective g/f? What was he? 8yo??! Arrested development imho!
In the Desirable Qualities for a Husband List, 'boring' and 'cringe' never, ever appear!!

Jaya he!!
