I think it's easier for Rod to speak out too as I'd think most of his conquests are no longer living. But if he was really angry he could have said something sooner!

Maybe Penny didn't want him white knighting for her? We have no idea really who made complaints and when and she certainly wouldn't be the first woman who asked their other half to make a big deal out of it.

The fact Twatface has said its middle aged women of a certain class says way more about him than it does about them. My other half was a little 'its just banter' until I pointed out that the kind of banter we have, and our friends, is in an environment where we all know each other and each others humour well. It's a bit different if our best mate says something to me than the creepy old man in the pub we all know saying exactly the same thing.

So true. Same back in the day I had to put up with racist "banter" that I found excruciatingly embarrassing and upsetting. I soon learned that if I didn't laugh along with it I was told I had a "chip on my shoulder". It's the same feeling.

I just saw the Instagram posts on The BBC Political Show. Stick a fork in him, he's COOKED. What a TWAT. Couldn't help himself could he. To me that shows a lack of self-control. Obviously also not listening to any legal advice he's being given, another sign that he doesn't listen to other people. Absolute tool.

A predator may happen to have autism, but autism does not cause their sick behaviour or prevent them from knowing better. How many people, both men and women, with autism manage to live their entire lives without sexually harassing others? I imagine the vast majority. It's sickening that horrible people like Gregg will feed into negative stereotypes of autism.

Even if he is autistic he would have been made aware that he’s acting or saying inappropriate things to be able to manage his own behaviour. Those with autism though struggle with social cues if they are able to understand a ‘rule’ they will usually earnestly follow it rigidly. Gregg’s either never had his behaviour put in check OR he simply ignores and does what he wants as he’s clearly very capable.

Also just to add, he was obviously well able to tone down/ hold back on his nasty inappropriate comments and behaviour with certain people. So that in itself says that he knew well what he was saying and doing was totally wrong. I never could stand him and I didn't actually know why. Now I do. It's a disgrace that he was allowed to get away with his abhorrent behaviour for so long.

Nope. Not here to examine his childhood experiences. He’s a grown adult with wealth and access to resources most could never have. He has a therapist and said he never mentioned the CSA to them - that’s on him, as is his predatory behaviour towards women.

And if he 'couldn't stop himself' in relation to his behaviour and the appalling things he said, then he should have been stopped, ie sacked. FFS.

I was just scrolling my fyp on Instagram and his recent video popped up with him blathering on about thanks for all the support etc. The comments were, mostly, as as you would expect. Apparently it's woke to not agree with sexual harassment and you're a snowflake if you object to being sexually harassed by that fucking over boiled egg of a man.

I suspect the reason why Gregg lasted so long is because the idiotic execs at the BBC, who probably all live in Notting Hill, think Sarf-London barra' boy Gregg is just who the poor, ignorant, huddled masses, sitting with tv dinners on their laps on sink estates want to see on their tv. The beeb has lost the plot big time and I'm having a tough time defending them these days. Even the news is crap now.

My adult daughter has always been ashamed of her autism diagnosis which she has had since the age of 2. Now "autism" is used as a flag to brandish when individuals are rightfully challenged re their unacceptable and repulsive behaviours.

I feel for autistic people who have to live and manage this highly complex and often distressing condition when they read about these oxygen thieves who just belittle and ridicule the diagnosis which they have no doubt bought or acquired after an online assessment from pop up "clinics".

He's an absolute turd for using this as an excuse for being a sexual predator.
