I saw a recent bite size clip from the podcast where they are talking about him. She says he really struggled with her once she told him she’s autistic. She says the mirror for him was too much.

Sounds like he’s been fighting being identified as autistic until it suited him to blame being autistic for his crappy behaviour.

For anyone interested - it’s the Hidden20%Charity she spoke with

He can easily work behind the scenes we do need him plastered all over our screens. He can work as a gardener or greengrocer as he did prior to Masterchef.

So the bald sex pest wants the report released to prove his innocence even though 45 accusations were upheld and then wants to put in a big compo claim for being autistic and not being helped by the BBC

I’ll give him this - he certainly seems to have some impairment regarding comprehension

As a mother of an autistic child I’m so flipping angry with him: apparently nothing was done to investigate his neurodiversity regardless of several conversations with colleagues.

Err Greggggg the onus is on you to investigate your own neurodiversity but I gather regardless of having a non verbal autistic child, Gregggg has been in denial for years

I really do think the BBC (or any organisation) can't win here.
Diagnosing people they employ would be such a massive can of worms. Talk about overstepping the boundaries of employer/employee contract.

The BBC didn’t employ him and they are able to tell the company who did (Banijay?) they won’t accept him being part of the programme due to a)behaviours towards colleagues b) bringing the Beeb into public disrepute

So he cant go down the employment tribunal route, it’s being reported he suing the BBC for discrimination and there has been a “High Court filing” it seems from what I’ve read that the employer (not the beeb) had spoken to him about the possibility he was neurodiverse on occasion. However we know (coz he can’t stop running his mouth) he was only just diagnosed after he was binned.

Employers cant force you to seek a diagnosis! Can you imagine? Crazy managers everywhere wanting their staff on a section because they keep coming in late so they “must be mental”.
An employer could support you (offer help with a referral, money towards a private appointment, time off to attend appointments etc) but if you won’t go and look into it what can they do?
Also there is then a test between whether Gregg was unable to stop flashing his gob and saying vile things to young women because of his autism despite being asked not to, repeatedly. I’m not sure how many clinical studies would support that being down to “autism”.

Russell Brand will be able to plead "autism" as well which would explain his inability to curb his compulsion to flash then?

Someone has to clamp down legally on these ridiculous yet opportune celeb diagnoses cards..

Do not belittle those who suffer from genuine disabilities. Do not ruin lives as a result of self-styled therapists cashing in on downgrading genuine mental health conditions. Mental Health PLC has benefitted hugely from Covid. It's abhorrent.

The “clamp down” will be where a judge issues a stinging slap down NO in their judgment. Like with Noel.

I think but could be wrong Russell Brand is ADHD. I’m unsure whether he’s diagnosed or not

Again, his ADHD is not an excuse for his behaviour

Greggg is digging his own grave. I feel sorry for his kids (both older and little Sid). It’s not their fault their father’s a gob
