I don’t particular think this is mean... I made 0 inappropriate or hurtful comments. I said I adored Grace’s videos (usually) just pointing out her content is becoming extremely repetitive..

I meant my comment was a bit mean.

I do occasionally get weird vibes but I think it’s the faith thing (which is totally alien to me so likely a me issue rather than them) plus the contrast between her dad who clearly loves being on camera and her mum who is obviously really uncomfortable and often comes across as quite snappy/negative.

I don’t reckon her mum is probably like that in real life, i think it’s just how her discomfort with the camera comes out.

I understand what you mean, I don't see anything wrong with their eating habits but I also get how I always have the underlying idea that their church seems to be one of those weird evangelical style ones with huge congregations etc.. from where they lived before I have an idea of which it could be and it does sometimes make me overthink things in her videos

I used to love watching Grace and her original ideas, just recently have watched a few videos and switched off. Why does she keep saying sweet mother of pearl? Where has this saying come from?

She's probably got it from a show or something?

I have noticed whenever she picks up a new phrase she says it over and over and over again and it does start to get repetitive. At least this one she's using in the right context, unlike some of the ones she got from (presumably) tiktok

Do you think Grace would ever go on a missionary?
I recently read an article that a lot of missionaries come home with severe depression. Truly hope she won't go. I also don't think she can stay away from home/family that long.

I don't think she would. Jesse and her sister (whose name I suddenly can't remember lol) don't seem to have gone on missions, and they're less of a thing with the younger generation who are quite aware of the issues with 'voluntourism' and all that.

haha I agree. I dont mind that she has her own style but she put on a black jumpsuit and she looked so beautiful and next shot her dungarees.. I makes her look so.. awkward.

Don't think it really matters which one you use to be honest, most people register at multiple dating sites anyway. I know all my friends who used them registered at 3 to 5 different ones because you never know who uses what.

Grace seems so childish still, not yet ready for real dating. I don't know, in my head her dates more seem like going out to do something fun with a friend than going out with someone you want to be romantically involved with.

It’s not even about awareness necessarily. Just a little something to reach out to her followers (who I’d assume are mostly young women and feeling very shaken up right now) to send love and show solidarity. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for. But, of course, it’s her platform and her choice to keep it lighthearted, which can also be a nice distraction from it all I guess

This! I’ve always thought she eats small portions and when she and her dad do reviews, she takes a single tiny bite compared with her dad who eats the half she has given him. From what I can see from her recent video, she does not seem to eat what a standard woman would need which makes me think she is engaging a little in weight managing behaviours.

Yeah, I particularly noticed this in the recent biscuit dunking ranking thing they did - she didn’t finish 1 full biscuit. I wouldn’t expect anyone to finish every single biscuit but would have thought she’d at least have completely finished her favourite or something

I havnt watched any of her videos in nearly a year now, I used to religiously watch her vids during lockdown and watched all her older vids and really enjoyed them. What's the story with a new boyfriend? I obviously havnt been keeping up to date with her but did she say she met a boy or how did people find out ?

To be honest, I had never heard of it before watching Graces video. Surely if people are returning electrical goods, there is a high chance most will be faulty?
It was an interesting video and I enjoyed it but £600 for what she got was awful.

She seems to be having a lovely time. She's definitely not as hyper and bouncy as she was the first time she went but I'm glad her and her mum are enjoying the city.

So what would be your suggestion of what she should do then? This is why this entire isolation thing is bullshit at the moment. Her parents are most definitely doubled vaxxed by now and Grace will have had 1 if not both doses. Her parents are teachers and can't take time off just to isolate to make it easier to follow the rules. Entire families can't all isolate when one person gets infected or society will turn to shit. Realistically, we don't need to be taking isolation as seriously as we did before the vaccine - just reducing as much contact as necessary during that time.

Meh, I think Grace probably took it more seriously than other people now. Yeah maybe in the beginning people were actually isolating in a room but I don't believe people do that now!

I don't think she was taking it that seriously before though tbh, that video with Faith swapping diets, for example. she clearly was meeting way more people than was allowed

I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt when it comes to all the new sponsorships. It hasn’t been an easy year for the self-employed. If I put myself in her shoes, I think I’d be doing more to monetise my audience too. If it’s keeping her income coming in then I’m happy for her!

I’m happy for her too, I hope she just gets the balance better with proper declarations like she used to say she hated when others didn’t do. I think it’s that bit for me really, that she was so vocal about it and then the change. But maybe she’s just finding her feet with it and will settle into it.
