i got a little baffled too.. she seems to have started all this taking myself on a date type thing. and doing classes to distract etc

.. perhaps his parents didn't like her or something. presume that is why they visited in France.. i think in these ultra religious families its a bit thing if your parents approve of your partner.. I know my friend whose parents are Mormon used to keep trying to set her up with nice Mormon lads and marry her off .. luckily now she is engaged and to be married this summer.. he's not a Mormon...

I don't think anything has changed with the bf, it's not long after they went to France together. She did do a "taking myself on a date" video but did mention in the video that you should have those days even if you have a partner (she also doesn't mention she's single in it, which I think she used to in those types of videos).

Yes, she does after all have a baking degree so it would be really interesting to see her bake something more technical and difficult, rather than a Buzzfeed recipe and really challenge herself, get out of that comfort zone a little. Don't get me wrong I like most of her videos but some things do get a little repetitive.

I'm Jewish and its the same with religious Jews. Sometimes they'll get married after meeting once. Its usually a few months tops of dating and then they'll be engaged and married within the year. With lots of babies to follow. They get married so young too, usually before 20. Yeah the divorce rates are low but is that because people feel pressured to not divorce because of the bible or is it because the women can't see a way out now that their purpose in life is to keep a happy house for her husband and multitudes of kids? I think Grace has too many aspirations to let herself go down that route, especially as her mum and sister have successful jobs.

Honestly, even though I’ve felt she needed to be a bit more grown up for a while, I’m way less into the idea of watching the blogs of a married 24 year old. Her bling lifestyle hasn’t felt relatable for quite sometime but at least there was still the occasional homey, comfy vibe going on. I’m older than her, not married, and will no longer find it relatable.

Unpopular opinion but i think somtimes her family r quite rude theres several videos grace has put in much effort and research then they shoot her down one comes to mine is that eating like the ww2 diet where her mum constantly corrects her theres other examples too and it just comes off rude and u can tell grace feels awkward as well maybe its not in that way and it just comes across on camara as different but there far from this happy clappy family they potray

But you don’t know Grace lol. You KNOW a lot of girls yes but you don’t KNOW Grace or the situation she’s in. This is one big assumption and it’s so boring at the end of the day she’s happy regardless of how it came about. Everyone’s telling the girl to grow up etc and she does that and gets engaged yk starting her life n Jesus Christ you would’ve thought she kicked you lots grandma. WHO CARES

She’s found someone that loves her. Whether it was arranged or they met online or they bumped into eachother as sainsburys she’s found someone that accepts her for how she is. I’ve been dating my bf for like 11 months I’d happily marry him now and I’m 21 it doesn’t matter the length of the relationship all that matter is the actual relationship and the dynamics of how it works. If she’s happy why does it matter about the foundation of their relationship. No wonder she kept it private

To be fair, I get sick of influencers raising awareness about this and that. Its not like they’re the sole font of all knowledge, they get hauled over the coals for getting things wrong too.

I see nothing wrong with light entertainment without an education/moral slant, in my opinion its needed to balance up all the heavy, scary and depressing media we are fed daily.

Agree! She has a mostly baking or cooking channel, why should she bring awareness to something like that?
If you want awareness, we should do that ourselves.

I like Grace, I do. She just need to grow up, live in the world, get a job, move out (understand not possible due to house prices). It's great she made content during lockdown, it was great lockdown content but a lot of people are back to 'normal' life and she is stuck.

I mean, it is possible... She has to be on a fairly good income to dilly dally off to London every other week, plus she isn't limited to staying in her parents town as she drives.
