What a bleeping idiot. Of course medical staff know surnames. Utter dolt.I mean they definitely would've known it's her surname as it would be in her medical records, on her hospital band etcHow about actually thanking the medical staff you mention?
I remember reading this and thinking it was grace too. Massive coincidence if it’s not. Sure looked like herWhat a bleeping idiot. Of course medical staff know surnames. Utter dolt.
The article where I wondered if Grace is in some of the photos is this one... Obv I don't know what hospital she was at and the faces are blurred but the article reads:
"A few beds along is the saddest thing I will see all day. A young mother who gave birth just before Christmas is wired up to several machines.
Fortunately, she is on less sedation than most and, in occasional moments of lucidity, can be shown images of her new baby on an iPad. It is a ghastly reminder of the reach of this disease. "
I’m curious to see how much weight she’s lost, too.I just can’t get over how she could say that. She’s beyond bleeping lucky is what she is. It’s got duck all to do with how many people prayed for her.
kinda morbidly curious to see what she looks like now. She must have lost so much weight.
I feel sad - I felt so sorry for her, missing out on those precious first months of her sons life and she’s back being an insufferable moron already and now I despise her again.
That was me who mentioned having to prone Covid patients. I have read stories about it and really is hard work for all involved. Thanks for all that you do.Wow. What a duck you to all the 100’s of people that kept her and her child alive for the last for the three months.
I’ve spent the last year working in the ICUs and HDUs of my hospital. It has been rough. Not least because of the size of many of our patients. A nurse commented in the staff room the other day about how much they’re looking forward to not having to care for so many fatties going forward. It’s exhausting and everything is harder. I know that my joints have all taken a hit this year from the turning and personal care.
Somebody here mentioned the turn teams that went around and proned patients. More often than not they were made up of volunteers from other departments whose services had been reduced. One day it was literally all dentists and eye doctors!
Also, think about all the people who have died in the last year that helped to teach the medical staff the best treatment pathways to follow. Just so that she could pull through and thank herself.
Wow, this tweet really feels like she’s almost viewing the doctors & nurses who cared for her as the enemy?Still going with her nonsense but no word of thanks for the NHS staff who cared for her and her premature baby.
Infuriating, but not surprising.
She may be discharged from ITU but she’ll likely be in hospital a good while yet. She’ll have to learn to walk again and get her strength back. She may never make a full recovery, lots of long term ITU patients are left with residual weakness/tiredness. Same is true for long COVID.
She’ll be dependent on the NHS for a very long time
She seems to have got a fair bit back in her fingers to be tweeting up a tit storm, so I reckon she'll be right as rain in no time!Still going with her nonsense but no word of thanks for the NHS staff who cared for her and her premature baby.

Yeah I dont get it at all. Her consultant obviously thought she was high risk of not surviving.. covid, the birth, being morbidly obese.. just thank the bleeping consultants. Shes so selfishWow, this tweet really feels like she’s almost viewing the doctors & nurses who cared for her as the enemy?
There’s a real “I showed you” energy to this. My god woman, acknowledge that they are the people who kept you alive! They’re also the people who delivered your son safely!
I think she may well be even more insufferable now. I knew Grace was an arrogant and self-focused person, but I’m seriously shocked by her attitude. There is nothing inspirational about this. She’s not displaying gratitude for anyone except herself.

Great spot. I'd be shocked if that wasn't her! What a bleeping idiot. Of course medical staff know surnames. Utter dolt.

Could be ... altho there were lots of pregnant women in ITU at the peak of this wave. Does she live in London? She could have been transferred to Hampstead but I don’t think she lives anywhere near thereGreat spot. I'd be shocked if that wasn't her!
She lives close to Hampstead think the met line, my friend lives in the same borough as herCould be ... altho there were lots of pregnant women in ITU at the peak of this wave. Does she live in London? She could have been transferred to Hampstead but I don’t think she lives anywhere near there
