I think they've all formed really good relationships with them which is why he considers them his kids x

Also... she should be careful about being so cocky. There have sadly been Covid patients who are in hospital, are released and then a few months later have died from complications - often around 5 months. Covid does a number on the body, it is sad.

I’m so delighted and relieved Grace woke up and worried every single day about her. It’s wonderful and brilliant that she survived. What a fantastic service the NHS is.
I just think the ‘because I’m me’ is a kick in the face for anyone who didn’t and anyone who lost loved ones.

Exactly my thoughts! And here a lot of us were thinking/hoping this would be a wake up call for her - lmao that woman will never change. Still stubborn, still arrogant, still Grace!

Hmmm.... I thought we cracked something but Lekenah/Asia Love and Leigh Anne Pinnock are there too but Charleigh isn't. Don't her and Charleigh have the same dad?

I saw the tweet and immediately came on here. I’m so glad she woke up and I’m so happy for them all but that tweet really really rubbed me up the wrong way. I felt maybe I was overreacting so came on here and I’m glad it’s not just me. How insulting is that? She’s basically insinuating that people who don’t survive Covid didn’t try hard enough. The same tit she did when banging on about “manifesting” being pregnant. I understand she’s happy and proud she’s pull through but she sounds so ignorant.

Don't get me wrong, she is allowed to be happy and proud that her body pulled through and of the doctors who helped her... If she had not said "but because I am me" part then her tweet would have been okay-ish.

First post here, but I’m gobsmacked that someone who was on the verge of death could be so arrogant.

I also think she’s just trying to salvage her brand. She’s built her whole career on basically making obesity acceptable, and this is probably a huge hit to everything she has tried to fight for. You can’t cover up a 3 month coma fighting for your life in pretty clothing, and make it look acceptable. It’s probably made a lot of people who followed her think twice. I know it’s definitely made me take my weight more seriously and I definitely won’t be influenced by the body postivity stuff as much anymore.

I’m glad she made it out, but if there’s one thing I’ve taken from this is that people rarely show what’s going on behind the scenes so to speak. If this wasn’t her career, I don’t think she’s be so bold. It’s sad thats she’s not stopping to think about the effect it could have on followers who believe in this stuff and only cares about money.

Jay Blades is not Grace’s father. Grace & Charleigh have the same father.

It seems he has a background working with youth, so either he was involved in a project with Grace or possibly they worked together when she worked in a youth care home?

Edit: it explains his connection to Leigh Anne Pinnock in the blog linked. He knows her, Grace, Lekenah etc from working with a youth group years ago.

I thought I was shocked by Grace's tweet but I really don't think I am - I think that what has happened to her is awful and very tragic considering her son etc but fundamentally I don't think she's a good, nice or kind person. She can bang on about positivity as much as she likes but she is not good in her heart. She shows it repeatedly and this tweet is just another example of that and completely indicative of her thinking.

I've followed Grace (and kind of her sister) for years and they both have crafted all sorts of stories about their past that have proven not to be true but all of the stories have the same pattern - they are victims but they are strong and rise above. I honestly think it comes from their obsession with Demi Lovato, which sounds dumb but it's true!

I'm more surprised that people thought this experience would humble Grace. She had Covid, not a personality transplant. She's a horrible person through and through; 3 months in a coma isn't going to change that.

That tweet is so insulting to people who have lost loved ones to covid, sorry Grace, were they just not as special as you?

I disliked her before all this and I dislike her even more now. The things she says are damaging.

Saying if you are infertile you are not manifesting hard enough and that steaming your tina would heal sexual trauma were bad enough.

edit: the people giving that Lisa girl tit for pointing out to Grace how insensitive her tweet was are basically saying Grace has been in a coma so cut her some slack so she can do no wrong now she has ‘saved herself’ from covid

Totally agree with others on here who’ve said you’d think something like this would change someone’s perspective for the better - unfortunately it appears Grace and her family are as ignorant as they always were.
