Grace, you only specialise at masters and PhD level, stop trying to equate your undergraduate degree to a PhDYeah also when she listed stuff about her course, music and politics "specialising in" then listed all the stuff she did at uni. Going by that I specialise in a lot of things I had to do for my undergraduate degreelike just because you did a semester on something doesn't mean you "specialise" in it
Private education and institutions like oxford just teach you how to blow smoke up your own arse. Because she’s got that posh entitled twang to her voice as well she just gets away with itGrace, you only specialise at masters and PhD level, stop trying to equate your undergraduate degree to a PhD
Are we supposed to email or instagram message Diet Prada? Idek if we're supposed to collect all the evidence (there's so much) for DPOk now I really want Diet Prada to expose her lol.
this makes me laugh so much. i don’t think she’s grown thicker skin at all, she’s just become more defensive about everything. she takes zero criticism constructively and instead takes it all personally.
This is funny considering she literally used to feature the person who actually wrote her the plans SHE followed (not the B_ND or GraceFitGuides) in her gym sessions when she was in London- so not enough expertise to make your own workout plans huh Grace. And even people like my coach are constantly trying to learn and better themselves, most PTs and coaches would never call themselves experts because they always have to learn new things.- She also called herself a fitness expert at one point, which honey no you weren't and aren't. Esp compared to the duration of how active you were. Many other people were way active for far longer than you.
Didn't she make a huge point once about how she was never a fitness influencer and how she was always just about lifestyle? And then everyone was like your name used to be GraceFIT(!)UK, you can't make out like your niche was never fitness. I can't remember what medium or platform she said it on but I'm pretty sure I'm not making it up?- She also called herself a fitness expert at one point, which honey no you weren't and aren't. Yes she said it in one of them press interviews. Can’t remember the article but she said she was a lifestyle influencer who used to also go to the gymDidn't she make a huge point once about how she was never a fitness influencer and how she was always just about lifestyle? She did a gymshark promo video a few years ago that amassed quite a few comments regarding how terrible her form was so I'd imagine she's 'just a lifestyle influencer who goes to the gym' when she's being called out for her lack of knowledge. But when she's selling fitness guides and workout plans she's a 'fitness expert'.Yes she said it in one of them press interviews. Nearly every fitness influencer out there has some sort of pt/ coaching/ sports degree or qualification to their name. It absolutely blows my mind that in such a saturated market- the one with absolutely 0 credible experience thinks she can flog her expertise and profit off people. Now THAT is privilege. She did a gymshark promo video a few years ago that amassed quite a few comments regarding how terrible her form was so I'd imagine she's 'just a lifestyle influencer who goes to the gym' when she's being called out for her lack of knowledge. It just goes to show you only really need good genetics. She has a great body and if she didn't do any strength or hypertrophy work she'd still have a great body and that's pretty much sold her guides.Nearly every fitness influencer out there has some sort of pt/ coaching/ sports degree or qualification to their name. For that thought to even cross her mind astonishes me. The fact people purchased her fitness guides etc- crazy. The fact there is no sort of monitoring system in place to stop this from happening so also worrying. Like food trading Standards make sure what we eat is safe. There should be some sort of check for fitness guides surely- they could actually be dangerous but more often just deceiving
As a humanities student it’s so easy to see through Grace’s bs bc some people on my course are the exact same, they think using big words means they have a better grasp on a concept or will make their argument more convincing but when you actually read the ‘analysis’/points made it’s the blandest, least revolutionary content and not half as inspiring as the writer seems to think ...I'm a smart girl but I have no idea what Grace is saying when she speaks like that.
Maybe it's my science based background and those who have done humanities/essay based subjects will understand her more
I thought the Tala takeovers were so they talk about what they do in the business? She said she's part of the assistant director team but then spoke nothing about organising things for Tala?Has anyone seen TALAs stories? There’s someone who modelled for TALA (by the sound of it- once) talking about her profession as a runner on TV and advertising her art Instagram business she started during lockdown?? I mean good for her but this just seems like free advertising for a friend? Kind of doesn’t sit right with me...
I feel like there's little consumer research done for these products, at least in a sustainable way. It's more fast fashion to produce lines of clothing that are for temporary trends, right? I don't see how you can wear most of that underwear beneath clothes, just laying down on the bed or floor for sexy pictures lol.why is tala now all underwear and street wear? did she not introduce it as sustainable activewear at the beginning? what is tala’s point?
It doesn’t even look cute it looks cheap and tacky af, just like grace’s styleI feel like there's little consumer research done for these products, at least in a sustainable way. It was the same with form! That was my last ever purchase from Tala because there's no way you can wear it under clothes (unless you're taking an insta pic with a billowing and open shirt...) - the underwear went up super high, past my belly button, and the bra had no support at all. Plus it totally lost shape and stretched out anyways. Thick material and doesn't even fit after 2 wears. So ladies beware!!! It looks cute but it's bad quality!!!
I agree. It's like TALA did as much research they had to in order for them to justify putting the sustainable label on their items. There are so many sustainable brands out there that are thinking hard and innovating to create high quality products. TALA doesn't deserve to put themselves in the same category as them imoI feel like there's little consumer research done for these products, at least in a sustainable way.
