Her shouting on her story about how much work it is/how hard it is to hire people literally only screams incompetence… why would a (self proclaimed) CEO be the only person in charge of interviewing, onboarding, creating teams… her business aren’t THAT small/independent that you wouldn’t outsource an HR specialist of some sort of you are doing “thousands” of interviews 😭 her last story makes it seem like this is a normal process and that they can’t afford a HR team- you don’t need TEAM you need one person with experience to pave the way, instead of herself, an influencer screaming on her insta story about how hard her job is
What the fuck is wrong with her. Imagine your manager posting that publicly…

How does she not think getting her hair/nails/lashes done in the middle of a work day or flying out of the country every 3 weeks is not flexible??? I just… no words
Also she works for her own company … where she (I imagine) decides the in office requirements …

Her schedule today saying she sends 'a bunch of delegations and activations' on her first day back from holiday because she has so many great ideas when she's away... omg. imagine your boss getting back from their 10th holiday that year and immediately sending you a dozen messages about some 'brilliant idea' that hasn't been mentioned in years and she now wants resurrected. Just because you haven't been doing anything for a fortnight doesn't mean your team has a clean slate you can dump work onto.

It would be a huge red flag for me. If they don't care about wasting people's time at that stage and expect above and beyond effort then it's only going to be worse when you're in the job
Agree. I’m in australia and was just recently going thru recruitment for circa 90-100k aud roles. They phone screened me and confirmed the salary, conducted the interview via zoom, opened the opportunity for an “off the record” session where I asked blunt questions about the challenges of the role, they then offered me the posi. It isn’t difficult to operate in a way that is beneficial for the candidate. Be open and honest and you’ll get someone that is a far better fit.

1. Why does she stand like that 😩
2. The trousers don’t look well fitted to me??
The fit is SO BAD. The pockets are gaping, the slight v-front just looks like they’ve not aligned the front panels properly, and the internal drawstring is giving toddler. You know what I like on my loose trousers… a camel toe!

And don’t get me started on the “ground breaking” drawstring in the bottom hem and the six pockets. That’s literally something that most cargo pants have, calm down greg.

nope, it was posted 4 days ago and she’s been tagged but no response
My god this is the longest she’s ever not performatively clapped back in AI-adjacent format. Wonders never cease.

Edit: I’ve never actually looked at the macros for these bars before… Yes there’s 13g of protein but there’s also ~10g of fat and ~20g of carbs… It’s more of a carb bar than a protein bar! You’d be better off having a seedy, nutty flapjack. It might not offer any more protein but at least it’s something you could knock up in your kitchen, with recognisable ingredients, for a fraction of the cost. Bet it would taste better too. Just have a protein shake if you want some high quality protein with no effort.

As someone in a stressful job with long hours, it's infuriating seeing her on one hand say how stressful things are while getting ready during work hours and going to a premier in the evening.
If she truly had that much on, she wouldn't be going. Yes, it's great that it's anti "hustle culture", yes, I have had to teach myself to still do fun things instead of working myself into the ground. BUT if it was truly *that bad* there's no way she'd have time to spend half an afternoon and (presumably) a whole evening on an event.

I am currently in the process of moving house, her tips of "pay this person to do it for you" are interesting... we are renting a van and driving and loading it ourselves, we got all of our boxes for free from our local corner shop. These are the kind of tips that could actually help people in her target audience with their next move. But i guess actually making useful content is less important than being on the greg beg and posting her freebies
She wouldn't know those tips as she's too rich to need to do it. To be fair, if I had that kind of money, I would also not be doing it myself.

It's the constant talking about how stressed and busy she is with the move thats ridiculous. She wouldn't know stress if it slapped her in the face

Well grace is the first person I’ve ever seen look bad in Vivienne Westwood. Also Vivienne didn’t send you the dress girl, she’s dead.

On her most recent story (ad for washing machine and dryer) “I’ve been buying less and buying better for a few years now” 🤡🤡🤡

Grace gets such amazing guests on her podcast all to just interrupt them when they're in a good flow and link every single thing back to herself and Tala, just do solo eps if that's all she wants to talk about. Poor guests. Grace sounds so pretentious when she talks too, throwing around all this jargon and using excess words to say a simple sentence wtf its so infuriating, she sounds so dumb.

Anyone noticed that looks like grace is no longer ceo of tala?
saw on her schedules she shared a CEO X founder call, and thought at the time, don’t you claim to be both though?

Just seen on LinkedIn the person that came in as a managing director for tala is now the ceo 👀

If you scroll through her feed the change in her style is drastic. Not that she's ever had good taste in fashion, but at least a year or two ago she was dressing more for her age, like jeans, crop tops, cute mini dresses, etc. This weird rich auntie vibe she has going on at the moment ages her so much - her style is basically oversized white collared shirts and tent dresses now.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if she changes her style depending on who she is dating (she re-did her interior design to suit his tastes after all...). This sort of stuff kind of confirms to me she hasn't kept around close friends. This is the sort of thing where your best friend shakes you and tells you stop overhauling your life for a man in his mid-30s that you met less than a year ago.

yeah he’s literally from Luton, dunno where this visa thing is coming from lol.

I also remember someone clocking she was following engagement ring designers. I’m sure she’ll have requested a big fuck off diamond. Maybe even gave him the spending money for it.
