Charlotte put shoes on without protection socks and she wore a headband on her hair with no protection as well. It is so unhygienic that I couldn't ignore it. The worst thing is that they were never planning to buy any of the items. So the next clients will buy dirty items.

Trying on clothes is one thing but shoes with no socks and headbands?

Couldn’t agree more. NO ONE would wear that to a graduation… I think Polly didn’t get the brief or the degree if that’s what she is recommending.

Does this mean she didn’t go to uni herself? Not that it matters. However, this is another dreadful, slightly less inappropriate dress.
I don’t know if she went to Uni or not and tbh it really doesn’t matter and I wouldn’t judge her on that- BUT she should know that there is etiquette around what to wear and that it should be classy and not with slits and cut outs etc. It can still be modern and edgy without looking like a rag.
