They just look like such... losers. And I feel mean saying that, but look at them. What would you trust them to be responsible for? They look like they should all be in some sort of sheltered accommodation for their own safety.

This is what "care in the community" has brought us to. Thanks a lot, Mrs Thatcher.

So just a gym that allows you to enter a space you aren't meant to be then?
Ugh one person on that thread saying they have no problems using the changing rooms but they haven't told anyone they're trans. People will know, but they'll also know what will happen if they speak up. At least if there are sessions just for them it lets them play into their victim complex and keeps them out of the gym at other times and keeps everyone else safe.

I had a roaring discussion (bl**dy big row) with my husband over the whole trans issue. He couldn't understand why I was bothered with 'some weird blokes' wanting to dress up as women. Who were they hurting? etc...etc..

Well lets just say, in an enclosed car he had to listen to me. He is a sports fanatic and when I asked how he would feel about me or any of our female relatives being beaten to a pulp in a boxing ring by a male, having male genitalia exposed in a changing room or having men cheat their way into winning in the female section of sport, I could see him clearly uncomfortable.

The clarity for him came when we discussed my last hospital stay where I couldn't be accommodated in a single room (emergency admittance) and had to share a 6 bed with 4 men and me and another woman. Those men (patients) were lovely chaps but it was so awkward and embarrassing for all of us. It really was.

At the end of the day it's about bl**dy respect. Respect for women which seems to have been lost and blatantly disregarded by these creeps and worse, the women that enable them.

My fella says the same and I'm like, what has ever given you the impression I give a tit how anyone dresses?

It's the fact that they think dressing a certain way should influence how the rest of the world accommodates them that's the issue. Men, dress as badly as you want, you're still a bloke.

It’s so frustrating isn’t it? Men just don’t really understand how we feel. They might occasionally feel worried for their safety around lairy or aggressive men, but not to the extent women do. He sees some weird blokes and thinks they’re harmless because they’re weird. We see weird blokes and might find them more threatening because they’re weird.

also, once they're in a dress the weird blokes aren't in the gents loos!

That photo makes me a bit sad. None of them are life's high fliers, are they?

Being trans is probably the only time they've felt special or important or noticed. It would be tragic if they weren't such bullies.
This is a spot-on observation. I have a certain amount of sympathy for the younger ones who might be acting out as a reaction to trauma, but the answer to that is therapy, a certain amount of self-reflection and finding something external to occupy yourself. Not gender tantrums.

It’s a win/win for blokes. Weirdo men suddenly aren’t their problem anymore and they know it pisses women off but they can tell us to “be kind” and feel smugly superior about it all.
There are literally no downsides for men
