Its not just colon tissue that smells though its any tissue you use to make a pseudo tina aka an open wound. I remember reading a medical paper where they just casually stated that they all smell foulColon tissue is colon tissue.
It responds to the body's signals as colon tissue.
The secretions it produces are colon secretions.
Douching will not "mess up the natural flora of the tina", because there is no tina.
The purpose of the colon is to finish the process of digestion and convey faeces to the mole. It contains bilirubin, which is brownish - which explains the colour of the vaginal secretions - and it causes unpleasant smells.
Every time this person eats something, an hour or so later, the colon tissue will respond to the body's hormonal direction to start digesting the meal (at the same time that the remaining colon does).
There are scores and scores of worried TW complaining about this and asking for suggestions. As the twitter poster said "Do these people not do any research?"
They spend all of their time online and yet haven't the sense to look into life-altering surgery and the after effects. Frankly - I can't be bothered to waste sympathy on them any more.
" Although this was not a study criterion and therefore not scored, a foul smell of the tina was observed in most patients. " https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2695466/
