I’m seeing this being posted as a massive win for the compelled pronouns people - that they just call men women now because we won’t call men women. Why is this a win? It’s just proving how fictional calling a man a woman is? I think I sprained my eye again.

Ugh and it’s a woman leading it 😩 Why do these women want to pander to these men with a fetish so much?!

Has anyone seen this? Esther Ghey is releasing a book next week and this is an interview with her for the guardian. Brett was a very troubled boy and it seems nobody was able to say no to him. It seems she knew the kind of sites he was accessing, his online behaviour and how seriously it was affecting him but just let him carry on because she didn’t want to isolate him? Is it really that hard to stop teenagers from this excessive phone use? My child is still primary age so maybe I’m a bit naive to this. I know social media companies should do a lot more to prevent harmful content but where is the parental responsibility? He was a child! She also says her own mum called social services on her when the kids were younger. Just so many red flags here. I said this on the last thread but you never see trans identified people with emotionally healthy childhoods. Brett was no exception. Wonder what people will think of her ‘deadnaming’ him throughout the book.

Ghey’s social media was some of the most shocking stuff I’ve ever seen. Incredibly violent, fantasising about death, soft core porn.

His parents didn’t parent him and his school totally failed him. I’m not surprised that Scarlett was envious of him - everyone treated him like he was so much better and more special than all the boring girls who just born female.

Yeah, people have been calling JKR he/him for ages and I truly don't see how they don't understand that it's only proving that pronouns don't change a person's sex. Perhaps they're trying to hurt her feelings? But when you know that your sex is a material reality and your self image isn't governed by how other people refer to you, why would that be hurtful? It isn't even innately hurtful to be called a man, it's just factually inaccurate when applied to a woman. May as well call her a parrot, a guitar or a golfing umbrella.

I've noticed lately on a couple of Tattle threads the word Terf being used as a slur, in one case 'loser Terfs.'
Not very kind from the Be Kind crew, it makes me a bit sad that the rise of the Trans movement pits women against each other.

Divide and conquer, I guess but these women can't see what's right in front of them.

The sad thing is; some of them may be nervous disagreeing .....😒☹

But on the plus side, I've been noticing the odd name round these parts that I don't recognise so maybe we're getting a bit of extra traffic from those who want to find out what the fuss is about (or I'm just not very observant and they've been around forever)

Not sure if anyone remembers me mentioning the local TIM to me creating his own award ceremony where he intents to hand out awards with his name on to local people. Well, he updated yesterday saying the closing date for entries is looming, so far he hasn't had anyone nominate anyone so if that doesn't change his awards will go to charity 😂🤣 such a delusional man full of self importance. I've also noticed quite a few locals calling him out on FB for his as attire/behavior, all positive signs to me. Either people are waking up or are brave enough to say it out loud now.

I did too, and she started lecturing us on not derailing the thread 🤣 It was left at that, but she's a terf too. She knows who the women are. And if she wants to undress with and play sports against men, let her, I won't stop her, but I'll be damned if she'll force my daughter to do the same and call it progress and virtue.

Let's hear it for loser terfs (who are actually at the start of a victory), hatefully enabling women to have single sex changing rooms, showers, grape crisis centres, sports and lesbian meet ups, for 1.2 billion years 🥂

Hello 👋 I'm a little new, came from MN, though been around Tattle a few years. I've deactivated my account after the trouble.

From what I can work out, the two murderers chose Brianna from their list as they'd clocked his complete absence of a sense of self-preservation. The whole trans thing was another avenue for self-destructive behaviour, and one that couldn't be stopped easily, due to the prevailing attitudes in healthcare.
