The mass hysteria by many on the left is utterly laughable. They'll never be happy unless the Democrats remain in office forever more. Democratic politics doesn't work like that.

All many of them want to see is even greater gender ideology, and greater erosion of women's rights to achieve that.

Here in the UK it was the Conservative/Lib Dem coalition that allowed same sex marriages.

Which also continued when the Conservatives were in power afterwards.

At no point during the Blair/Brown reign of terror was same sex marriage legislated, when they could of easily of done so. However, some still like to wrongly believe it was Labour influence that allowed this.

So the rhetoric pushed by some that everything becomes regressive under certain political leanings, is utter BS.

Under Trump, the issue of Gender will be returned to a sense of normality in America. Like it used to be, before the issue was promoted in the 2010's.

There is nothing extreme about that at all. The majority of people think the gender issue has gotten out of hand. At least someone has now had the balls to stand up to this nonsense, and enact powers to curb it.

Not transwomen, they are still men no matter what they think of themselves. I have an issue with any man cosplaying as a woman. I don't need to give any man in womanface leeway, as far as I'm concerned they will NEVER have the right to call themselves a woman.
I'm fascinated with Native American/Canadian culture and how interesting their names are, I'm not arrogant enough to start calling myself Kim Tallbear or Snow-on-her and wearing buckskin because I think they're great and I'd love to be like that and have that particular beauty only First Nations can have.

That would be insulting to the very people I admire and the struggles and prejudices they face to this day.

Just a small example to show you why I, for one, won't accept men dressing as women. It's the same damn thing.

No, but he's someone who isn't in favour of males in female sport. But he's clearly only advocating for some things and not everything which protects females.

I have an old school friend who transitioned (very quickly) over the pandemic, lopped her breasts off, has a new name (but keeps her feminine middle name, make it make sense??), and her family have just erased her whole 26 years as a girl before, has 'anniversaries' of her transition with cake and all sorts. Really strange and culty if you ask me.

For me it is definitely a combination of this soft parenting bs and too much time on the Internet from a young age. You have parents who don't want to discipline their children or shove a screen in front of their face as a form of appeasement, young people aren't going out and socialising properly because they're glued to their phones or being constantly stimulated so they have no way of ever feeling 'boredom'. Their ability to be resilient in times of stress is being damaged greatly, and every single seemingly normal challenge as part of adolescence must have some sort of label now (including gender ideology). I feel so archaic writing this as someone born in the early 90s but I feel the difference between myself and say someone in their late teens/early 20s is unbelievably stark, maybe more so than someone born in the 80s and 90s comparatively.

I would file this kind of behaviour under the men who insist they are feminists header. Protesting too much, if I can quote Shakespeare, what with all the cross-dressing somehow fooling everyone and such.

To be honest, it wouldn‘t surprise me at this point if they claimed being trans absolved them of any responsibility for anything.

I think that the internet taking away the regionality of youth culture hasn't helped. Everything has become quite homogenised. You don't really get music "scenes" attached to particular places any more. Even the divisions behind different styles of music are breaking down.

Music really shaped our identities in the '90s, but your taste in music is something that can grow and develop, and it has no long-term health or social complications, apart from maybe deafness if you went to too many gigs.

I thought it already did considering how many times I’ve read of them possessing vile child porn and such but getting away with it because “trans” 😡
