It was clearly meant to reference the Last Supper alongside a Bacchanal, I am sick of the insults to our intelligence here. We got the reference, because it was deliberately made. To spin this as “aha you’re stupid and don’t know about Dionysus” when they were obviously going for both cultural references is super-annoying, especially when fake intellectuals on Twitter are pretending to be clever when they had no idea who Dionysus / Bacchus were two weeks ago but now want to tell everyone else “read a book.”

It’s so ridiculous, there are so many groups for women that DO allow trans people in (so much so that it’s almost impossible to find one that isn’t overrun with boring trans look-at-me rit). Why are they so insistent on joining the few that are exclusively for women?? There are also groups just for trans people and you don’t see women barging in and throwing tantrums that we’re being excluded. Such typical male behaviour to kick up a fuss when women tell you no.

Still digesting my feelings about the opening ceremony. In general, it was pretty underwhelming but I was furious when I saw all the bloody drag. As if it's not bad enough that they wear hideous make up and make a mockery of women in the way they act, so many of them were grossly large and wearing next to no clothes. A woman a quarter the size of some of them would be hounded for their weight, but the same body standards don't apply to men pretending to be women. They can be as large and weird as they want, and still get called fabulous.

Here you go.I often think about that clip shared on here where a man was talking to a handmaiden woman as if she was a transwoman and she got all offended ‘I’m not a trans woman’ and he managed to get her to say she’s not a man or wtteI really need to find it again because I think it was genius.
